This is a fantastic device; we have a small pool, but we installed an umbrella anchor in the stairwell. It turned out to be the ideal spot. Because the anchor hole was bigger than the SwimTether insert, I had to get creative with PVC inserts to make it fit. The length of the rubber tether cord can be adjusted. I had to remove about 8 inches of material, but it was a simple process. Simply unscrew the pole cap, remove the rubber cord, and cut to length. The cord has a tension ball that must be replaced before it can be reassembled. br>br>From a swimming standpoint, nothing could be better. I included a video of my son, who enjoys it immensely. He used to be a competitive swimmer, and the tension that swimming creates is a great workout.

This is fantastic. I was skeptical at first, and it does take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you'll find it to be a fantastic workout.
