Purchase with caution. Is it possible for me to choose a star rating of zero? The buckle snapped the first time it was used. Fortunately, it happened as my child was exiting the pool. The buckle shattered in two. In different circumstances, it could have been fatal. I don't want an exchange because I don't have faith in this company.
My daughter was wearing the clip in the pool when it broke the second time she used it. She had to be dragged up after it fell off.
He's down to two now and can kickboard across the pool and back without it. In a couple of weeks, he'll be swimming again! It allows them to use their arms more effectively. Arm floaties are so much worse! If it seems too big when they're wet, don't worry about it; just make sure it's snug when you put it on. In the water, it stretches a little but never comes off.
This is extremely dangerous because it is supposed to help a child stay afloat. The rest of the float appears to be fairly sturdy and well-stitched, giving the impression of safety. br>If you get this, be cautious.
This is fantastic! It's what I use for my three. 5 yr old. It's comfortable to wear, and the strap can be adjusted to any length. I like that the various foam pieces can be removed as he improves his swimming ability. Other similar products have irritated his skin, but the strap does not.
My grandson learned to swim and used arm floaters. She was well aware of the importance of raising her head. With these floaters, she was able to swim quickly. She is now able to swim unassisted.
Fits well, is adjustable, and is ideal for a four-year-old.
My two-year-old has no fear of water, so this was ideal for letting her be herself. A swim instructor recommended it. The only drawback is that the strap loosens over time, requiring me to constantly pull the float back up. I've tightened the strap all the way up. The weight of the daughter is 28 pounds.
