Training with these fins is a lot of fun. It has not made me notice any rubbing or blistering. I use them five days a week. It is also very fun to see the colors. Depending on how many sizes you need for men and women, I would recommend looking at the sizing chart on the TYR website before ordering. The size to big I ended up ordering was not based on this, but based on what I forgot to do. It was no problem for the company to exchange the fins because they were understanding of my situation. These fins are excellent. I highly recommend them.
In a size 7 (women's) I am wondering if I should have gone up a size or if they will keep their shape over time. They fit and work well but I am not used to having my toes exposed yet. There is something amazing about the rainbow. Swimming laps is what I do with them.
