These earplugs were ordered for my three-year-old son, who has ear tubes. I also ordered the silicone type so that I could compare the two. I like these a lot. They're a perfect fit for his ear and stay put nicely. Because my son's hair is long, we tuck the extra string into his bun in case the plugs fall out, which they haven't yet. My son is unconcerned about them and does not appear to be bothered by their presence. Because it comes with two and a storage case for each, this is a fantastic deal. These are highly recommended. I prefer these to the silicone, which I had a lot of trouble keeping in his ear.
My daughter had tubes placed in her ears as an infant due to recurrent ear infections. She always associated getting her hair washed with getting an infection in her ears, so she'd scream if you tried to wash her hair. She is now two years old and understands that the ear plugs keep water from getting into her ears. She went from never wanting to take a bath to wanting multiple baths per day after wearing these ear plugs, which fit her ears well and felt secure in comparison to other ear plugs I'd seen. Every penny was well spent on these. I intend to purchase more so that she can have them at both her grandparents' homes.
After getting an ear infection, I bought these ear plugs. When I shower, my ENT advised that I keep my ears dry. What's the best way to do that while shampooing your hair? My doctor said I had a small ear canal, which was contributing to my problem. I looked into swimmer ear plugs, but they all appeared to be too big, so I decided to look into children's ear plugs and came across these. They turned out to be a fantastic combination. They were easy to insert and remove and had a good seal. There was no moisture in the house. Even though I'm no longer infected, I still shower with these.
My child's ears are a little too long for the actual parts that go into the ear! They keep the water out of the shower or bath just fine, but I'm not sure I'd trust them in the pool! When it said it would fit 3 year olds, I don't think that was very accurate!.
I like the container they come in, but the lid is missing.
My two-year-old daughter is taking swimming lessons and had tubes inserted in her ears recently. To keep swimming, earplugs were required, and these are excellent! She doesn't yank on them or complain about them, and they stay put in her ear. In my opinion, these are far superior to the round silicone ear plugs.
It's simple to put in and take out. My nephew finds it a little large, but he is on the smaller side of the spectrum. By next summer, I'm confident they'll be a perfect fit. They were still used, and they performed admirably. 👌🏼.
Because my granddaughter has tubes in her ears, I ordered these for her to wear in the tub. DO NOT BUY THESE AS THEY WILL NOT STAY IN AND WILL BE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. There must be better options out there.
