Gloves are something I would really like to love. I have knuckles on both sides of my palm that are 75 inches across. It's small enough for me to fit into a While the hand portion of the cuff was very comfortable, the wrist only barely fit (it stayed closed) & I was losing circulation to my fingers because the openings on my fingers were so tight. After reading some reviews, I decided to give the gloves a try when they expanded in the water. My fingers still felt really tight, but it did ease up a bit. **I ordered these not for the purpose of making me swim faster, but for providing extra drag during workouts. Wow, were they ever good at what they did! The resistance in my arms and hands was not the only thing that felt different The pain is not just in my shoulders, but in my core. During the upper body workout, I also felt like my legs were working harder, but this was not as noticeable as the lower earlier into my rehab (but better late than never, right? It's really difficult for me to decide whether to order the Medium since the palm fit so well, but I would really like to see how they work with my fingers. A wristband. I find they are stretchy and tend to fit snugly on As a reference, the length of my hand is seven inches. There is a distance of 5" from the base of my palm to the tip of my longest finger, and the circumference of my palm is 9" just below the base of my four fingers. What is important to keep in mind about the hook Closures with Velcro (Tape and Loop) It evolved into some 23" x 7/8" hooks after I removed them. The cable ties that I trimmed were hook-and-loop. The thought was that they would increase the challenge of my workouts. In addition to this, they did more than that. Following my first purchase (1000m), I was left with sore lats and deltoids for several days. Three weeks later, I decided to wear my glasses off and the easiest workout of my life followed! Despite their resistance, they are ideal for swimming of all ages, but for the competitive swimmer who is striving to improve their times, they are an absolute necessity. I highly recommend this product - only complaint is that the Velcro ceases to engage with repeated use.

Despite the fact that these gloves are good at resisting water, they absolutely stink! They have been washed numerous times and the smell just won't let up! There is a kerosene type smell on your hands, which then spreads!.

This pair of gloves was actually quite nice. It has a lot to do with. I found them to provide me with the extra swimming resistance I was looking for, and they were comfortable to wear as well. There was a velcro closure on the right hand glove that I had a problem with. In order to close the glove, I had to line up the velcro halves VERY carefully. The gloves were my favorite part of the outfit though, so I was okay with that. After that, one of the seams on the left hand began to unravel as you can see in the attached pictures. There is a small hole that has been growing each day since the problem began a few days ago. My home is on St. Croix in the USVI, and I swim a kilometer in the ocean almost every day. So I have worn the gloves about 30 times, but they will last much longer (far longer). As a result, I would like to return them, but I had a 30 day return window that expired 8 days ago, so I am out of luck. There is a possibility that this rating will prevent you from having an identical.

These lights provide the right amount of light based on what they're supposed to do. They are ideal if you are looking to increase your upper body workout by a moderate amount. If you're looking for an even crazier workout, the plastic hand paddles are the way to go. I found these to be very durable and well made. One of the only problems is getting them off when they are wet, so if you have arthritis or hand problems, a hand paddle might be better for you.
