You should order the same size as you would if you were buying any other type of gloves. The gloves will fit the same way, so you might as well get the most comfortable ones. They are the best thing that's ever happened to me I can't imagine swimming with anything else.

In the pool, my leg cramps can sometimes be a problem. If I can, I put it back on. I wouldn't use them in place of flippers, but they would be a great way to boost performance.
