Here's an update Although initially very pleased, I am finding the gloves to be starting to wear out after less than two weeks of use. They faded just a bit, but I used them five days a week for an hour or two each day, and the Velcro was already beginning to come undone. As I see it, I will have to replace the Velcro in a few weeks as the fit is perfect and they go over the wrist as opposed to stopping at the wrists.

Here's an update Since I bought these gloves a year ago, I have never taken them off. Even though the Velcro has lost its grip, the rest of the glove has been holding up well. There are a few faded spots, but they don't interfere with their appearance. What I can do to replace the Velcro is to see what I can do. While I could simply replace them for the price, that would be more wasteful to the landfill and the environment. In her original review, she writes According to their description, they are exactly as advertised. In my case, the medium fits even though my hand measures about 8" across the knuckles. In the water, my hands do not smell, as neoprene usually does, but they do have an odor when new. After swimming and showering, my hands do not smell after swimming, and I cannot smell them while.

Due to my short fingers, I am not able to do all those things. A new aqua zumba class has been started, and I've noticed it's more common to use these gloves instead of socks. It was important to me to have a glove that is supple and not stiff as the neoprene gloves I normally wear. In this case, it meets the requirements. The gun I ordered was a medium after holding my hand up against someone else's. The presentation is excellent. As I have relatively short fingers, I do not have all of my fingers poking out the end of the glove, but it doesn't matter. Both putting them on and taking them off is easy.

These are good for exercising in a swimming pool, but I've had them several months and there is a very bad odor still coming from them. In spite of the fact that I have washed many, many times in a chlorine pool. Due to the lack of moisture in my bag, I left them in there (they were dry) and the smell was horrific. These I will use, but I plan to leave them outside.

Whenever I swim, these are the go-to fins for me. I love using Due to my large hands, they can be a bit difficult to put on and take off, but over time, as I break them in, they have become easier to wear. The exposed fingers on this pair of swim gloves is something I like the most. This is my second pair of swim gloves to use. By simply adjusting my goggles and turning on my waterproof MP3 player, I am able to easily surf.

As a male of average height and weight, I have normal hands and nothing too large. Taking these gloves off may result in dislocating a finger. They are so tight that they might cause a fracture.
It's also a bit disconcerting to learn that after about 10 swimming sessions, the Velcro is no longer functioning. I planned to buy a product with a similar design, but a better quality.

It has good resistance. I only gave them four stars because they are a bit uncomfortable with Fitbits. It would be helpful if the Velcro was longer. Water aerobics is awkward as well when holding a pool noodle. For most arm exercises, however, there is a nice increase in water resistance.
