This is too small for a 16-year-old who is large and powerful. My grandson is eight years old, and this is the ideal size for him. It was also being used by a 12-year-old cousin, but he was a big 12-year-old who was almost too big for it. I hope you find this information useful.
Yes, it is possible. Keep in mind that the sun will fade the fabric's color over time, but it can still be used and stored outside.
The red punch bag is a thick foam sleeve that wraps around the stem of the water-filled black plastic base. The "bag" slides up and down on the stem of this base, locking into place.
Except for the images/color on the bag, they are identical, Elizabeth.br>br> If there is anything else we can do, please let us know. br>br>Charlesbr>The Martial Arts Storebr>(770) 441-9090br> 9946

My four children (ages four and five) are 17) I enjoy pounding on this thing. I try my hand at it as well, but I have to rein myself in a little. However, this is a fantastic investment. After about six months of daily use, it's still going strong. Even with 100 pounds of sand in it, the older ones can kick it hard enough to knock it over, and it still looks brand new. On that thing, a lot of frustration was worked out and a lot of exercise was done.
It's been four years since I got it. It was used by everyone and is still being used.
I like that this allows my great-grandsons to vent their frustrations and anger on something other than the people in the house. The fact that there is no visual indication of how full the base is with water is my only complaint. My great grandson can punch it and make a significant amount of movement with his fist. However, because there is no visual indicator to inform the owner of the capacity, I am unsure how much water is in the unit's base. If they can make oil bottles and jugs that indicate how much oil has been used, they can add a visual indicator of how much water is in the base. Apart from this issue, both of my great grandsons, one of whom is two and the other four, use and enjoy this item.
This was a Christmas present for my son. It is something he adores. Because I don't have a dolly to move it, I haven't filled it with sand or water yet, but he's used it every day and loves it even without them. It's of excellent quality for a punching bag for children.
Are you kidding me with a simple plastic mold and some foam padding? Don't be fooled by the customer service department.
Our 9 and 6 year olds love it. Students of Taekwando. If it's not filled with water or sand, it'll fly away! It will not withstand a jumping combo, but he can knock it over if he so desires. It appears to be quite durable and should be able to withstand a lot of abuse for a long time. It's a great way to pass the time on rainy days at home. The Pacific Northwest is located in the United States.
I bought this for my 7-year-old because I was fed up with him kicking furniture. He's a taekwondo practitioner who kicks and punches hard, so this is ideal for him. We filled it with water because we didn't have any sand, and it was quite noisy on our hard floors, so we put it on a mat, which has greatly reduced the noise.
I wanted to like this product, but the bottom is so light that even a minor bump sends it flying. It's not a good place to learn how to kick and punch properly.
