Yes, but it's not a particularly large one. The Velcro on the back of the target pad is designed with the arm in mind. If you hit it hard and miss your target, hanging it on a wall isn't very safe.
About 15. 40cm/7 inches
Yes. This item is only available for purchase as a single unit.
Because the Velcro on the back of the target pad is designed specifically for the arm, hanging it on a wall isn't recommended.

The pads are extremely well-made and long-lasting. My husband, who is 6'10" and 260 pounds, has also been using them to demonstrate to the kids. They're still in excellent condition! The pads have multiple functions and can be used in a variety of ways. We've tried a few different pads in the past, but these are by far my favorite and will be my go-to for the foreseeable future!.
It's thick enough that my wife and I can really pound it, but hitting it doesn't hurt. The back straps are nice, and it appears to be well-made for the price we paid. It's not a bad idea to keep one around the house in case you and your spouse both have a bad day at work or if you just like kick boxing.
It was purchased for my 6-year-old son to practice his Taekwondo, and he enjoys it. I'm confident we'll be able to use it for many years.
year- Working on his karate as a young grandson. Where are the gloves, Grandpa? Let our grandson kick and punch him. They've been through a lot of practice sessions and have held up well.
It's simple to hold for me, and it's a blast for them to kick. I would strongly suggest it.
The material is pleasant to the touch and has a pleasant feel to it. So far, I've had a good time with it. The material is pleasant to the touch, and it appears to be well-made. It's a little smaller than I had anticipated, but it's still fantastic.
Excellent value for the money.
The reason for this is the vinyl outer covering. This pad looks the part and will certainly work in a pinch, but after a week of use, I can tell you that it isn't going to last. br>br>The reason for this is the vinyl outer covering. It isn't a very high-quality product. high-quality, heavily reinforced vinyl, similar to what you'd find in a gym The handles and straps are held together by very soft, stretchable, tearable vinyl of the cheapest variety—and that's all that holds them together. br>br>With just a few kicks, the covering is already stretching out, flexing, and showing signs of tearing. br>br>Three stars because I don't think anyone should expect anything more for the price. Still, only three stars because it seems pointless to make a martial arts product *for kicking practice* out of a soft, easily-broken material. Material that has been damaged.
