This is a very nice quality gi that has held up for many years. I have had several of them over the years. Instructions for washing maps usually specify that cold water should be used and air drying should be used. The only problem is that, like most people I know, I buy my gis large, and shrink them to fit (just like people used to do with Levi's), since I won't be able to drip dry them in a hotel room while traveling. You'll have to put it in a dryer sooner or later. Following are the measurements of a new size 4, that was washed in warm water and tumble dried twice. It shrank one whole size during the first wash, but did not shrink any further during the subsequent two washes. All measurements were taken while the jacket was closed and the Gi laid flat on the floor. In the first case, washing came before, in the second case, washing came The jacket reads From cuff to cuff along the top edge of the A 59"/52 shoe. Measure between 5 and 6 inches There was a lot of shrinking of the sleeves, which I'm fine with. The chest measurement will be 24 inches across. From the shoulder to the hem, the length is 34"/32". The five-inch pant The waist of the item is 22"/20"*The hem of the item is 22". The 42"/38" measurement I chose is perfect for my size and I am very pleased The garment has been shrunk to size 3 The result is good!.
There is a great sense of quality to this Gi, and it will last me for many years to come. It fit very well after the first wash, but it was a bit large when new. It shrank well after the first wash though. There are no extra patches on the gi, which is plain white. I needed something like this, and I got it. A quality choice you can't go wrong with.
As far as appearance goes, it's a standard single weave gi. Due to its light weight, it may be useful for summer training. Once it has been used and washed several times, I will check how it fared. I think it's a good value for the price. It's good as a starter or backup GI. It is normal for sleeves to shrink a couple of inches.
Having purchased this gi for my son, he has taken to it very well in Aikido. This fabric is made from a tight knit that is both sturdy and soft after washing. According to the instructions, we were to wash the t-shirt in cold water and hang it dry. However, we manipulated the sizing a bit in the dryer just to adjust the fit. The purchase I made made me very happy.
A medium build with height of 5'9", weight of 170 pounds, and a waist size of 36. It's as close to being the perfect fit as an online order can be for my measurements as the no. 4 gi can be for me. The 100% cotton gi is made from 100% cotton, so it can be hand washed for smooth results. You do not need to roll the sleeves for Aikido practice as its length is perfect There were hardly any pants that weren't long enough, and a quick 1 wasn't enough for some. I would estimate that a 2 inch hem would bring them up to my ankle for someone 5'9 ish. For waist measurements, they can be adjusted between 34 and 42 inches Approximately 40 years old, I would guess. Please let me know if this helps you! At the listed price, this is a very well made, very comfortable, and very well made product. If you are looking for quality gear on a budget, this is the perfect purchase. The glass will definitely be purchased again when this one reaches its end.
I became a size 2 due to my small stature (5'5", 120 lbs) but I probably should have gone with the size There is a factor of 5 in the sizing of these maps. They are in good condition and I own several of them.
My height is 5'11" and my weight is 175 pounds. I got the size 5 and it is plenty big for me, even after 3 washes, pants fit well, top is very roomy, sleeve length is perfect.
We picked up the next largest size available, Despite having a well-fitting jacket, the kid still had trouble getting his pants above his knees. I thought the jacket was fine for a kid with a 44-inch chest, but the pants should be a little larger than 28-inch waist. He has a 38-inch.
