A little bit of a challenge is the notion of uniform sizes since the fabrics are generically sized. You might need to order the next size up if you are longer in the torso or legs. In a three, you may just fit, but in a size 4, you should be able to even things out. If you have to hem the pants and/or sleeves, a size 3 may just fit.
How heavy you are affects your weight. According to the size chart, my grandson fits into size 4 with a height of 5"11" to 6', and a weight of It fits my grandson very well, he is 5'9", lean, and weighs 156 lbs. There are plenty of room for him. I'm sure it shrunk a bit as we didn't follow the tag instructions, but we washed it warm and dried it on high heat, which I'm sure shrunk it. It looks great when we are finished, we just hang it up, no ironing required. Take note of Tags state not to use a dryer, but to drip dry instead.
This is probably close to the mark. If you order a certain size, it comes in that size.

Due to the fact that I could not give it a 2 star rating, I gave it 3 stars instead. Having just passed my master belt test, I ordered this lightweight uniform for training. The material is super soft and lightweight. Despite being thin, the pants fit well on the jacket however. My weight is 165 pounds, and I stand 5'7" tall, so I can't get them past my knees. The bottom is good, but the top is a total waste.
Now I did get this gi for Judo, but it is not really However, my instructor lets me use it anyway (she argues it looks more like a Tae Kwon Do gi than anything). Although difficult to handle, the fabric held up well. It was put through some rough and tumble stuff without any tears or wear down. In addition, it also dries in a short time, so this whole thing about not machine drying isn't a huge I like this skirt, but it is a little tight in the waist, but it is elastic, so it is not a big As for the rest, it fits normally. Size 4 was suitable for me (5'10", size 4) and everything was of.
The top and bottom fit perfectly, however. I am 5'9" and weigh 173 lbs. It was really only for yoga that I needed the pants. It's great to have another pair of pants in a size 4, since my old size 4 from my Kenpo days fit great and I have plenty of room for stretching. In addition, they are very thin. Before I wash them or see how well they break, I will return to see how they do.
I bought this and it was of poor quality and the measurements were All of the Gi's I ordered are the right size. I have several that are from different makers. Approximately two sizes were too small for this one. Although delivery was quick, it was well done. In my opinion, I wouldn't order this again, but if your child is first starting out in martial arts and doesn't want to spend a lot of money until he or she sees if they will stick with it, then some of these items would work. You should order a couple of sizes larger than what you think you will.
This size 4 fit snugly as I wear a 32 34, but I also have a large ass and thigh area, so this size is a little tight for me. Additionally, the underarms are stitched in such a way that it doesn't allow for full range of motion. Despite that, it served the purpose of being an outfit. Buying again wouldn't be a problem, but I would definitely shop around before buying again.
The pants are cut way too tight to allow you to move around in them. According to the size 4 description, it should fit people up to 210 lbs. However, it is too small even for my daughter, who weighs 12 years old, much less the 160 lb adult for whom it was intended. One other review stated that the gi pants were cut like "skinny jeans," which is not a bad comparison.
It is well-made, and worth the price.
Fits to size. This is the perfect outfit for beginners to seasoned As well as teaching a martial arts class, I have my students use ProFoce.
