Yes, only the Jacket is included. No pants. No belt.

How many times should I wash and dry this jacket in the dryer before it loses its flimsiness?

The canvas is going to get a little tighter. br>I just wanted to let you know about the extremely high-quality service we provide. The material used in high-end uniforms, which cost between $200 and $300, is very light and flimsy. I'm referring to uniforms weighing less than 3 pounds that snap and pop like a 5 to 7-pound gi.

Is this 12 oz jacket supposed to be thin and flimsy in construction?

The 12 oz canvas is firm and works well for forms. br>The one I have is fantastic.

Is there a mark on the jacket that says it's a 12 oz? The material on the one I got seems a little thin. ?

Increase your size! The fit is generous, but I haven't cold washed it yet because I'll have the arm cuffs hemmed to a more appropriate length by a tailor

I like how the baggy tournament fit makes me feel, especially since I'm wearing a 12oz. I chose a heavyweight gi because I needed to vent my body heat, which would reverberate during training. I bought the Shia i blue label in a size 5 and washed it. It had shrunk a couple of inches in every direction, I noticed. I slightly regret purchasing that size; it would be better to purchase a size larger and then scale down from there, either by cold washing or using a good tailor.

This heavyweight gi is very nice. It's a little longer than most of the gis I've worn before and a little bigger than my usual size 5.

Anyone would benefit from it. The gi is very comfortable. I weigh 205 pounds and stand 5'10". You'll need a longer gi to accommodate your expanding waistline; if you're the same height but in good shape, a size 5 will suffice. I knew I'd have to shorten the arms, so I wasn't surprised.

The arms, chest, and shoulders are all perfectly proportioned. The product is brand new and has never been used before. It's a little longer than I'm used to, but it'll do the trick.

When I was purchasing this item, I forgot to include the matching pants. LOLbr>I'll be buying the pants at a later date because. Thank you once more; finding the right size and heavy weight Dogi is difficult.
