It is very easy It looks good, and even without a throat latch the latch is more secure than you'd think. Then, it's just a case of inserting your bit right over the horse's head once the bit size is determined. It is much better than the browband type headstall for my Missouri Fox Trotter. A thick, supple leather makes this wallet an excellent choice. You can use the clip-on quick change split rein when using the clip on quick change rein.
You have to start by unscrewing them and then locking them tight or they'll come off. Except for that, I like it a lot.
This necklace was purchased to match the bridle of my daughter. Using it on the longest setting, it measured 6'7" in length without the single quick change clip. There is a 14. In my daughter's class. This horse is a five-hand quarterhorse with a blanket that measures 75”. This rein was around her horses neck so she had to ride it with her hand on the rein. There's just no way she can wear it. A few inches might make a world of difference, I guess. This rein is quite nice for the price, though you may want to use some bailing twine to sure they fit. If you buy these, make sure you use bridle twine and tie them off at 6'7" to ensure they are of the right length.
This set is perfect for me. The tooling is also great.
It is made very well and it has a beautiful appearance.
This is a well-made bridle at a fair.
