The surcingle has a strong, yet supple, feel to it. For my gelding's withers, I like how much padding there is on it. The first is an OTTB with prominent withers, while the second is a mustang with a large set of withers. The stitching appears to be of good quality. The girth that comes with it has a nice slight stretch to it, but I'll probably replace it with one of my other girths. br>br>This product fits both my 16. and my 18. My 15-year-old OTTB and a three-hand OTTB Also works great with a 3-hand Mustang. br>br>As for the shipping, holy moly! Around the 29th of April, it was expected to arrive. However, it has already arrived on April 21st! I love Dover Saddlry products and will hopefully be getting some draw reins soon!br>br>It was super quick, super painless, and a very pleasant surprise!br>br>I love Dover Saddlry products and will hopefully be getting some draw reins soon too!.
For the price, this is a good surcingle; the fleece lining appears to be comfortable for my horse and allows me to use it without a pad underneath. Even with his high withers, it was a good fit for my OTTB. It appears to be strong enough.
This isn't a high-end product. a piece of saddlery at the end of its life. It's fairly light, and it's designed for men. material that has been created If you don't want to spend a lot of money, however, it will suffice.
It's the right size for my 14. 3 hand fatty with plenty of room for a much larger horse. It was well constructed and did not slip. It was exactly what I'd been looking for in a car.
My veterinarian recommended the surcingle to help my horse stretch through his back as he recovered from a back injury.
keep in mind a minor.
It's true that it's better than it appears in the photograph.
