Questions & Answers
It's a leather strap with a buckle that's looped around a clip. I took the clip out of the loop so that I could simply put my girth through it. That's exactly how it works!
It's a woven nylon, not a knitted one. The cord runs freely through the crown piece's pulleys and is only activated when the horse raises its head above a certain point. Because the horse can move his head to either side, forward, or down, this is an especially useful tool for teaching a horse to develop a stretch over the topline; I use it on horses who have learned to walk around with hollow backs and tight necks. It significantly aids them in obtaining the correct idea with the least amount of interference.

The only real flaw is that the hardware isn't particularly sturdy, and the one I was using had a loose screw. I can still use it, and I had been using it for a long time before the screw broke. Overall, the product is long-lasting and attractive enough to be used on a regular basis.
The only flaw is that the straps for wrapping around the bridle's poll are a little short, but I have a slightly larger bridle. One side adheres to the other, but not the other. Apart from that, it's perfect, and my mare adores it.
Chambon has done a fantastic job with this. To connect and stay connected, the headpiece is made of leather with a metal clasp. simple to adjust Exceptional quality. This is going to last a long time. I'm very happy with the purchase I made. Delivery was prompt and the package was well-wrapped. thank you.
The head stall attachment is simple to put together and secure. I have a 16hh Dutch Warmblood, and the leather was not only big enough for him, but I had to add several holes to make it work. For the price, this is an excellent product.
It's well-made and will go into my collection of training aids. The only reason I didn't give it a five-star rating is because the chambon is too large for my pony (13). 2hh). However, with some tweaking, it can be used to teach the pony to stretch, engage the hindquarters, and use the back.
The leather is nice, but it's not a great product; the clasp on the crown piece that attaches to the bridle broke the first time I used it. In addition, the chambon is far too long for a horse of average size. To get it tight enough for the horse to stretch, I had to punch a few holes in it.
The product is good, but the third time I used it, it literally broke. So I could use it, I tied it with twine. The money spent was not well spent.
