There is a velvety feel to this headstall, but it is not fragile. These bit loops are reinforced and if properly maintained, this will be a headstall that lasts decades. My horse's bit loops are going to be too long from this headstall from bit loop to bit loop since I am using a Myler combination bit. There is a headstall from Allen Ranch which is short enough for me. The headstall is a genuine working headstall without stiff leather, so I may return it, but I really would hate to.
Most of my other leather equipment, which was made of bridle leather, isn't as nice as this. There are no breaks or cracks in the leather, the edges are smooth, and the edges are supple Over a period of time Having owned and maintained it for a long time, a lot of it feels as if it were mine. Rub marks or chaffing are not visible. I am impressed with the quality of this product at such a low price. This is a headstall that will endure for years and years to come. Having the chance to see it will not disappoint.
It's a nice looking bridle that feels good on my horse.
It's a very good value for the price. I like the feeling of leather as it is soft and As far as everyday usage is concerned, it should hold up well.
My mare will be unable to handle this. It's so sad, but it's so soft and beautiful!.
This is a great fit. I just wanted something like that.
