After I got on my horse I began to worry, because my toes barely fit in the stirrups, and it was possible that if I fell off, my foot might become trapped. Two things became apparent to me as I rode I couldn't place my entire foot in the stirrups because the boot size only allowed my toes to be in there. The stretch caused the boots to slide off my leg since they weren't secure on my foot. In the end, I dropped my stirrups. My boots kept sliding down my legs, and even after dropping my stirrups, I was uncomfortable.
I would return them, but they were so comfortable at home that I wore them to the barn. This is how I learned the lesson.

The material on the inside is coming off, the outer material is already ripped, and the rubber around the foot is already cracking. Also, they are only waterproof up to your My legs do fit in them, but that's as far as it goes. As long as you use them for only riding, then you should be fine, but you cannot use them for anything else.

My purchase of the boots was made in December. Three, they weren't delivered until the 18th, then were delayed for a month, and once they were delivered I tried them on and there was no ankle support, and to make them tighter the cheap plastic piece under the velcro went through the snaps when I tightened The boots I purchased and the company I purchased them from were disappointing.

Those are the best boots I've ever owned. A very durable and stylish product. Perfect for those who need a tough boot that won't be too heavy on their feet, but is strong enough to do ranch work on a daily basis. Each day, I enter and exit my house a number of times. I can quickly put these boots on and take them off with the Velcro straps on the side, so I don't track mud inside my home. The next time I wear them, I will buy multiple pairs. The perfect boot for a cowgirl on the move.

It's hard to walk in the boots because they are heavy and clunky. I cannot tighten the straps enough to prevent the legs from falling down. I found the sole to be too flexible and flimsy to ride on. When I'm not at the barn, I track dirt all over the place because the treads on the bottom gather clods of dirt. Although they are waterproof, they are not warm enough when the temperature is below 20 degrees. Like muck boots, they seem cheap to me. Despite the low price, it is not worth the effort.

This riding boot is heavy, bulky, and doesn't fit well in stirrups, but it's still one of the warmest you can find for winter riding.
