Good to hear from you, It's not possible to come up with a single answer that will work for everyone, since everyone's flexibility differs, and different people prefer different levels If you are of that height, we would say sure, you can use the regular size. Taking on such a challenge is a challenge, but if you're up for it, go for it. You asked a great question! Thanks for asking!
You nailed it! I have seen a tremendous difference in my 7 year old's health since she started using it. We can't believe we bought this band for so cheap.
Your desired level of stretch will determine how strong the stretch is. Small size The 64-inch height of the Small will offer a fairly strong stretch, so you might have trouble using it unless you're already quite
I think it is a good idea. The weights are sturdy, yet flexible, and of an adequate length to use for any strength exercise. In addition, because it is narrow, you would have to adjust it around your feet when you are wearing it.

I ordered the small plum band for my 8 year old daughter from this company for Christmas as a surprise for her as she works toward increasing The size small was originally ordered due to her height (approximately 48"), but I was concerned when I opened the package to check out the product, because I was worried that the tension of the band and her inflexibility (not the best combination) might make it unusable. A member of customer service provided me with excellent service when I reached out about an exchange for the regular size. I was told that the regular size would ship and the small size would remain. In order not to disappoint my daughter on Christmas, they did everything possible to prevent it. It seems like good customer service is becoming more rare these days, which is why I am very thankful for the fantastic customer service I received from this company. Aside from that, the product itself is fantastic. The bag is cute and comes with a small instructional guide that my daughter will easily be able to throw into her dance bag. I did not smell anything weird and it came with no strange smells. Because my daughter will receive this on Christmas Day, I don't know exactly how this will help her splits, but she has seen other girls use similar bands in the past, and she is very determined to improve her splits, so I do believe that this will be a big help.
I am not a dancer nor a gymnast. I am a swimmer, and as with every form of exercise, I find it essential to stretch before and after exercise. My lower back and hip muscles tend to tense, but this particular band helps me loosen those tight areas without a problematic As for my flexibility, I also noticed it has I'm so happy! I urge anyone thinking about buying to take the plunge. It's worth it. There are so many different stretches possible with this band that anyone can use it. It is designed for the best ballerinas and gymnasts, but anyone can use it. like it a lot!.
It is a great product. I got it for my daughter after seeing how other girls in her class warm up using I thought we would give it a whirl since she has a hard time getting her splits. Her current condition has been going on for quite a few weeks, and I wasn't sure if it was helping until today. I did not expect her to be able to do middle splits, but she proved me wrong today! The shock was overwhelming! This product is true to its word. Gymnasts and dancers will enjoy the benefits of this investment.
There is no doubt I I injured my SI joint during weight training and was unable to extend my hamstrings or glutes properly due to my injury. In my experience as someone who trains five days per week To be unable to bend over and tie my shoes was a real setback when I had to work 7 days a week. I gained back a great deal of flexibility and mobility using the PlumBand. My physical therapist has noticed a significant difference in my range of motion and flexibility in my back, hips, glutes, and legs after less than a week of using the band. As a yoga strap was my previous method of stretching, but with the resistance already present in the PlumBand, along with pulling on the band for added resistance, I'm left with a more thorough stretch than my previous method. As a warm up and before bed stretch, I will definitely continue to incorporate the band into my workout routine.
The pain in my feet is the worst, so I went straight to stretch #3, and my feet feel great now! My height is 5'5" and the Regular size is the right fit. This is going to be so much fun! I can't wait to try You did a terrific job on making a thick band that comes with a detailed book explaining all kinds of stretches, and a convenient bag to store the band in so it doesn't get tossed around in a I definitely plan to purchase again in the event that the band breaks up. It is not likely that this will happen.
If I stretched out my legs, I would find that the strap would roll under my butt. In my email to the company about my mistake, they responded so quickly and immediately sent me a regular size. Our regular sized came in today and we've been using it since. Until now I had a small one that I would give to my daughter when I began I would give them a 10/10, because they are great with their products and services!.
She is 11 years old, so I bought it for her. My daughter has been a cheerleader for over 6 years and also a gymnast for over a year and I thought this would be an excellent tool to assist her with her stretching and strengthening. She needs to become more flexible. It was a bit of a disappointment for her because I think I was more excited. Despite her best attempts, she can't get it to work and since she is used to things coming to her easily, she has given up on it. As you can tell, I think it's a really great tool, and hopefully I will be able to convince her to keep trying it out because it will help her in her athletic endeavors.
I have used it only once, but so far I am happy with So far, I haven't used other bands with the same style, so I can't compare it to others, but I think the closed loop is very cool. My leg was extended in the air all the way around me as the booklet suggested, so that it was more convenient to spread my leg out in the air like that. The 5 minutes I was allowed to hold the stretch made a huge difference to my pain level. For the first time in almost 20 years, I was able to bring my leg up that far. In addition to being a retired dancer who was not flexible to begin with, I started teaching tap for the first time this year, after 36 years. I didn't stretch before tap class because I thought I wouldn't have to. After a few months, my legs had just about given out on In order to stretch them out, I rolled a ball under my foot and rolled it under my Neither helps as much as the other. Since I have done both, I have twice found that I am able to get back up in releve properly, allowing me to do turns that I have not been able to do in I can't remember how long. Our ol' folks know that stretching is key! It helps so much with this thing!.
