Vita Vibe Single Bar Traditional Wood Fixed Height Wall Mount Ballet Barre System, 3 FT - 40 FT Long

In a recent remodeling project, my husband and I converted our finished basement into a workout room. The necessity of my wife not being able to go to barre classes as often as she would like to made me install a bar at home for her to use. The vita vibe 4 foot bar came with the 4 foot bar and 2 brackets, which I found to be a very good choice after reading reviews. A wooden dowel is used as the bar instead of the brackets, which are super strong and really good looking. This bar is unfinished so you can stain it if you wish, etc, but I knocked a star off for the fact that it's priced at nearly 100 dollars for just At home depot, I could have obtained a wooden dowel for significantly less than that. Aside from that, it looks good when turned on, comes with all of the necessary hardware, and is easy to set up. You must secure this to 2 wall studs with lag bolts, or else you run the risk of it falling right out. As soon as the chair was installed, I did a chair pose on it at my 215-pound weight and the chair was rock-solid. The fitness or dance bar is a great option if you are looking for a system to use in your home. I just found it to be a little pricey!.

There is nothing to complain about with the product. This product is perfect. I don't have any complaints. Despite what they appear to be like in the first photo, the brackets are bigger and of better quality. When choosing a length, think about how it will be mounted before deciding on one. A 4 foot bar I purchased turned out to be 47 feet long. There are 5 inches between the ears. Initially, it is supplied with two brackets for mounting. While installing the brackets, I noticed my wall studs were 24 inches apart, so I had to place the brackets 48 inches apart. I wanted the bar to extend a few inches beyond the brackets, but due to the stud layout, it does not go all the way through. The smaller screws are what stabilize the bar within the brackets, but I could hardly install them. A solution would have been to install a backer board to the wall, which would then allow the brackets to be positioned anywhere, but I did not have those materials available at the time A trip to the hardware store was out of the question for me, as I was too lazy to go. If you had added $5, it would have been less expensive to buy the 5ft bar. *BR>*BR>The bar does a great job no matter what its length is, but choosing between some of the shorter lengths may take some thought.

This is my favorite barre so far! smoothed the surface of the paper using coconut oil. In less than two hours, my mom and I were able to install it. There are no apparent difficulties with the instructions, except for the fact that a power drill is absolutely necessary, hence the second session after the first. Amazon reviewers recommended a ratchet wrench (sized 10 metric or 3/8" SAE), which you can see above. As a result, the little wrench had a major role in tightening the screws into the wall studs when the power drill couldn't reach them.

For delivery of this item, you will need to pay $25 after taxes. A professional contractor was hired to install it, and regardless of what he did (using a stud finder and anchors on the wall), the barre left a gap between the wall and it. In spite of the wooden studs in my walls, it destroyed them instead. As soon as I realized what the problem was, it was too late to return the product. After I contacted the seller, he suggested that I purchase an additional piece of "backer board" and put it on top of In no part of the item description does it state that "backer board" is required. In refusing to issue a refund for this false ad, the seller has disreputable behavior. It wouldn't be a good idea to purchase anything from them.

The bar is wonderful, but the wooden bar had a few tiny splinters on it. Fortunately, it has not been finely sanded as it should. To sand it myself, I'm going to do Add linseed oil and let it sit for a while. I will not buy this product again. The workmanship isn't as good as the price.

my first purchase for ballet, but I did not buy it for that purpose. My plan is to hang them above my couch as planters. They must be strong enough to support the weight of people, so I suppose they can also hold My purchase was of very high quality. I am extremely satisfied with it. As a side note, the hardware is not something to joke about. Finding someone who can help you if you are not handy is the best thing to do!.

It took me a long time to select this bar after reading a lot of reviews. In addition to Susan Bowen Futness, an online barre subscription I subscribe to regularly, I received a recommendation for this bar. Just like a studio bar, it is firmly anchored into the wall, and does not move.
