This product is well illustrated with some pictures and has a booklet that explains about it and some other things like that, and that it will not break because of the seal, but you can send it back if you wish This set does not come with a poster, which I would have preferred, but you get a little picture card that has all the pictures on it, as explained earlier. In fact, I am a dancer so I use this for my flexibility stretches and for my stretches when I am stretching. I have never bought anything like this on Amazon before, and it is the best buy I have ever made. Besides, this is a lot less expensive than going to the website that makes them, their like $60 or so I needed it for less than $100 and found this cheap, easy to locate, and it did the job. My sincere apologies for making things difficult for you.
It's not a problem - just follow the instructions On the SuperiorStretch web site, you will find instructional streaming videos that will show you how to do this, and much more. I am not sure how tall you are, but the model in the pictures and videos is 5'-4".
This is a very thick and durable blanket, but I am not sure what the measurement is. This is a very good value for money.

I have stretched it for hours now and I am close to resolving it. It has made a world of In addition to stretching, ice, rest, and anti-inflammatory medications, this band got rid of almost all of my pain in hours. Just Keeping my knee bent, and bending my arms slightly, I folded the band in half, placed the center of it under the ball of my foot, and gently pulled the ends toward my torso with both hands. I held the stretch for as long as I could. The more I felt the muscles relax, the deeper my stretch became. As a result. Thanks a lot. Feeling of relief.
A nice resistance can be found in this. The band on some of the poses on the pamphlet is a bit too long for me at 5'3" tall. Now that I look at the pictures, it appears that her foot has a loop around it. As soon as I tried using this band, I thought "That's how it should be!". There's a loop, then! The loop keeps the band from slipping down. Almost any of these positions is impossible without the loop. In spite of my best efforts, I still had difficulty doing straddles and needles as the needle just slipped. The picture had me staring at it for a long time. The band was still too good for me to give up on it. This held the foot in place while I injected it! I wrapped it around my foot before I injected it! If you are required to do so, you should receive instructions that clearly state that. This definitely puts the straddle stretch to use and if you want to do middle splits, then this is the right thing to do. If you warm up on the floor first, this will help the resistance not seem so strong.
Despite the great idea of this band, it has a rather difficult execution. It slips down the ankle and foot (maybe rubber or latex should be I finally got tired of trying to make it work and stopped using it. Her yoga strap had a buckle on it that held the strap in place better, so she started wearing it instead of the old strap. It might have been possible for her to get the hang of it with a little more practice, but she got frustrated very quickly.

The product has been great so far, but my daughter has only been using it for a short time. As soon as she watched all the videos, which are crucial to understanding how to use this band correctly, she was already able to hold her positions longer in class and found that her flexibility had improved. Initially, she was not able to do her middle splits, but after just two weeks, she's almost down to the ground.
It's fun and easy to use. Rubber is literally all that is used. It held up well when stretched out at first even though I was a little nervous. This is definitely worth checking out.
It is not only very durable, but it helps with stretching as well. Martial arts training is one of the reasons I use this and it is holding up nicely.
It has given me so much flexibility and has been a great help for me. I have this band for 6 years now and I cannot live without it. The condition of this book is excellent with no tears.
