The answer is I am not sure. As a fellow boxer and as a fellow athlete When we talked about bladder inserts a few months back, I started to think about them. We must have been bored or something, I guess. Although we agreed that all other bladder inserts undergo a premature rupture when compared to Everlast inserts. The same way I did My affiliation is not with Everlast. I just find that these things are frustrating to change out from time to time.
The measurements of the items are as follows A small one is 5" x 8", a medium one is 6" x 9", and a large one is 7" x 10".
In my possession is the smallest bag, which I believe is 5".

I believe this is a good product for a good price. I have also used it at a fitness facility where it gets used pretty consistently, so considering the price, it wasn't too bad. I placed it in an Everlast speed bag, and though it appears small at first, it fills the bag to the full capacity fairly easily.
Several days have gone by since the inflation began. The task of installing this bag in an 8x5 size is quite challenging.

The old bladder I ordered was destroyed by constant pounding and so this one had to be purchased to replace it. This appears to be a good quality product. I cannot use my Everlast 4200 because the bladder is too small. The air is held well, except for that.
