Everlast New Omniflex Freestanding Heavy Bag, Black Red, 67"

After reading mixed reviews on Amazon, I decided to give it a shot despite the mixed reviews. I found this bag to be very useful as a beginner. Punching bags can be used in a variety of ways because they are so versatile. The construction of this house is very solid it's hard to imagine how people managed to damage Although it is adjustable, my height is 6 feet, and I weigh 190 pounds and I was able to punch it really hard without it tipping This is a product that is suitable for beginners and intermediate users. My hope is that this helps someone else like me.

I bought this for my 10 year old son as well as for myself. Although I have some MMA gloves and it still hurts after some power punches, this is because the back and forward forces the punching bag to come at you at more force and speed (momentum), so you are going to get your wrist bent or receive a high impact. I highly recommend anyone to buy this. It is a great product and it is really small so you can keep it in a small apartment or in a garage corner.

In terms of whether or not it's a heavy bag, it is what I was looking for but be warned you might not be expecting from the term "heavy bag" as well. A rev gear teardrop bag would be more of an analogy. I just found it really challenging to get the sand into the hole because you have to pour it in The process took me a few hours, and I might have just been stupid, but it didn't go well. Similarly, the punching cushion on my machine was ripped.

The bag is not particularly heavy so that I can punch it so that it springs back in the opposite direction and then comes back at me. I'm not the strongest, but it is still quite easy to punch this bag. I like this feature overall, but I would prefer it if it was a little less springy. It would seem that a bag like this would best suit kids or adults who use it casually, like myself rather than for serious boxing practice. With that said, I am pleased with the purchase, but will seek out a bag that is a little bit more durable next time.

Boxing is new to me, so I was unsure of what expectations to have had. Sadly, this thing had a tough time for a while, but ultimately gave up. When it broke it broke a piece at a time. If you are okay with the cost getting your 2 pieces is possible If you can use it three times per week for 4 months, it's perfect. A replacement for this position will be sought somewhere else.

Having fun is a great experience. This is a great solution for me because I don't have room for a full bag. Since it is dense foam, though, it is not going to be as hard as a bag, but it does work for messing around with. Using a bag is not as easy on your body as carrying a pouch. As far as I understand, the spring can wear out eventually, however I don't go insane while I'm riding it like I've seen other videos do.

I bought it for my daughter and her family for the beginning of May. The furniture was easy to assemble. The performance of this product is good. As of yet, the product has not proved durable enough to be able to make a reliable assessment of its durability over time. Since the board is on a concrete slab, I don't think it is being attached with suction cups. **WARNING** -- 6-.

I really don't like this thing at all. The bag is nowhere near as heavy as it looks. The problem is that it's a heavy water tank. It is almost impossible for the bag itself to have any A child will mainly be interested in it. It wasn't enjoyable to me, so I returned it.
