There is no denying that this item is ridiculously large it's bigger than a human head, and it's heavy enough to damage the bag if you try to get it moving in a hurry. A genuine speedbag for speed is a small one that measures no more than 5 inches across This title is 5' x 8', like the Title 5x10'. Even so, I must say the big-picture is that- The assed Everlast one wil help you with your initial slow rythym if you're just getting started or if you wish to get that head-nod feeling. To weave with, one needs a large target.
The swivel is not included in the price
We have no idea how much she weighs. The pressure in mine drops every other week, so you have to keep filling it up. A year after I bought it, it is still in good shape.

These two are the only ones I would keep if I were only allowed to keep two. If what you want is to break a sweat, then you should hit them hard so you can achieve that. They have a lot more bounce to them, so you can either hit them softly and keep a rhythm or you can hit them hard and gain as much speed as you can handle. According to Everlast, one should weigh no more than 4 pounds. One pound and five pounds. No more, because as soon as you put 6 pounds on the bag, it becomes too difficult. It is especially important to wear hand protection if you are not wearing one. To keep all my other bags, which are all a lot more expensive, working nicely, it requires a much harder hit, therefore, the temperatures rise more quickly and I break a sweat. I don't like it because it just makes me tired faster. These Everlast bags 4242 and 4241 are very versatile, you can hit them for awhile, enjoy the rhythm and the fact that you can keep moving without sweating, or you can be more aggressive, speeding them up and making a real workout out of them. You can add these on to your bag and they will go faster than you. I have one more thing to add. Your platform should not vibrate or move, it should be absolutely solid. And make sure that you don't hang any bag on it that has any movement any movement will degrade its performance. There's no such thing as a bag that is free of adding air once in a while, so don't worry about it. The rhythm, the workout, the satisfaction, and the fun are all part of the rhythm. This is a 5 star rating. Furthermore, though the 4242 doesn't lose a lot of air, some of my other bags lose a little more, so after all that I was thinking, there's only about 5lbs of air to lose. It has a reasonable amount of air in it, since there is little to no pressure and just one way for the air to escape - through the hole where you insert it. So far, so good, I put a piece of quality electrical tape over the hole, seems to help. There is only one way in and one Oh, hah.
"Popped within a month," says one of the bad reviews. It's not high quality, so invest in a better bag initially, or buy a replacement when the material begins to leak in less than 3 months. The truth is, that's exactly what I said when I gave it a 1 star review when it did not pop within a month. I ordered another one just to see if next time will be different. When hard hits and rebounds were added to it, the bladder could not handle As a casual individual, and not even a boxer, I have no idea what the true differences in higher quality bags are, but I do know this bag works, and it can be used as a great teaching tool to have a better understanding of higher quality bags in the future. Having worked with Everlast bags since I was 12 years old, I've been at this for 60 years. My favorite bags are the larger ones since they require a lot more punch The fact that they can be worked in so many ways makes them more versatile. Additionally, the bag has the smoothest seams on the market, so you can hardly feel any seams when you hold the bag with just your hands. Despite their growing length and becoming less round, my only complaint is that they are longer and more angular now. We all want fun, but let's be honest most of us are only interested in having fun, and this bag can help you do.
Having never held a speed bag before, I was a little hesitant to buy this. I have made huge strides, but I am still a beginner and hope the torment would not be too extreme even for someone more advanced than me.

It replaced another bag from Everlast (made with canvas) that had fallen apart. On close inspection, the blade of this bag looks cheap (orange material) in comparison to the other one As opposed to heavy black rubber, it is almost like a balloon. The old bladder just went into the new bag, and it worked fine. I just punched the bag twice before I started. There is no way I can claim to be a pro, even though I practice 3 times a week. I had the bag for about a week before it burst. Despite the appearance of this bag being sturdy enough, as long as they keep stuffing those thin bladders in there, we might see stars. I expect them to pop for a long time to come.

To keep from over-inflating, I took great care not to inflate too much. The air pressure gauge I use to check bags and balls stopped holding air after a short time.
