Metal is used to mount the wall mount. A variety of screws/fasteners were included with it. The screws that I used had to be bought on my own. You will need to attach this punching bag.

In addition to punches and kicks, I use this bag to practice. There is nothing to worry about, and it is A more complex and expensive set up is required for other speed bags. My background is not as a pro boxer, so this is perfect for me.

It is easy to use, but the quality is poor

It was a gift from my cousin. In comparison to the free hanging type, it was very easy to set up and use for beginners like myself. My favorite part of the movie was the ending. It's only the quality that's a problem. A small amount of use caused the ball/bag (inside and outside) to break. A total of less than 10 hours have passed since the start of the experiment. I do not recommend it.
