Questions & Answers

In order to make this bag work, how high does my ceiling have to be?

In order to get a good workout, what height would you like it to be?

What is the process of filling it or does it come ready to use?

You can fill it with anything you want

Is it okay if I leave the container out in the sun?

Despite the fact that it's well made. There is a risk of it being damaged by nature's elements. If it is exposed to extreme heat or direct sunshine I am not sure how long it would last. The weather might be very cold, or there might be a great deal of rain or moisture. As long as the weather is similar to California, you should be fine. Let me know if that helps.

The bag looks hard. How hard is it to carry?

Unlike a heavy bag, this isn't as hard to lift. Further, it starts softening up after a bit of a hit. You won't be disappointed with this bag. It's the best I have ever owned.

For practicing uppercuts and hooks, this is the perfect bag
5/5

There are several bags I have, each serving a specific purpose The heavy bag is used for power practice another bag is used for body shots and uppercuts and a double-handed bag is for stepping up The bag has two ends for time and speed. Nonetheless, none gave me the satisfaction of delivering precisely uppercuts. Hooks can be done elsewhere, but this bag is best for practicing uppercuts. Its weight is 45 pounds, so it gives any punch a nice, solid feeling. It's good to practice timing on the swing and it's excellent for practicing weaving, bobbing, and ducking under the bag since the bag is fairly high up. As a matter of fact, half my workout consists of me punching and then ducking under or slipping to the other side so I can punch again. In my opinion, this is the best purchase you can make for your gym. It may actually be the only all-in-one machine you'll ever need In case space is an issue, you may need a around bag.

There is not enough filling in the sandwich
3/5

A more complete filling would be benefitting the patient. The perimeter of the bag is filled with many small gaps. The hardware has a good swivel and is sturdy.

Despite its small size and lightweight, I have quickly become devoted to this bag. Perfect size and weight. I enjoy using this program because of its versatility and ease of use.

As I have not been using it for a long time, I cannot comment on what its sturdiness and durability is like, but my impression is that it's pretty well built
5/5

The ball shape makes it great for all sorts of different exercises and drills. Buying one for a friend was also a great idea. The uppercuts work well as well.

Definitely worth the money to get the Ringside Heavybag! It is a great heavy bag for all around use
5/5

The heavy bag can be used for all punches, but unlike a standard heavy bag, it is really good for throwing uppercuts on. The weight of the hammer is 58 pounds, so be aware that it will swing as you strike However, I can use this aspect to my advantage by moving the bag around and using defensive techniques to protect myself. It's an excellent article, all in all. It would be nice to cut down on the length of the hanging a bit if a couple links could be removed.

Uppercuts are the perfect tool to practice
5/5

Also perfect for training hooks and uppercuts. My living room is decorated with it. I'll need to wrap my hands around it, however this thing exerts a fair amount of resistance.

The best punching bag I've ever seen
5/5

The best punching bag I've ever seen. The equipment I used in my home gym nearly every day. The garage gym I had in my home has been sold and is no longer mine. It was too much for me to let go of. Currently, it is in my closet in my apartment. In the future, when I own a new home, I plan to build a garage gym for this beast. This is an excellent.

It is an awesome product
5/5

It is an awesome product. There have been a few other heavy bags I've used, but this is by far my favorite. As a result, you can use more angles to strike, thus leading to developing more power in any direction (especially with hooks, which can be devastating). The punching bag is the perfect tool for anyone who enjoys working out with punching bags or even training for boxing.
