The answer is no. A hook is on the bag itself and doesn't attach to the bag.
Thanks for visiting! Made in China is this Speed bag. Since Everlast does not manufacture this product in America anymore, I do not know if they still manufacture it.
Platforms are part of the kit that needs to be purchased. Around 250 is the cost of both items together. A small needle to blow up the bag is included in the package.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND AN HOUR ON THIS. Due to my inability to give 0 stars, I updated my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I think this product is a piece of garbage or a stage prop. Regardless of how fragile it is, it is not suitable for use as an adult, and I haven't had it long and have had the same issues as everyone else. As of now, I already have to change the bladder, since the leather on my board is worn, frayed, and ripped. It is a useless piece of software. I suggest you do not purchase this product. Even considering it would be a waste of your time. I used this bag more than 20 hours a week, in my own home, but now that it's no longer useful, I've thrown out. The whole thing was a waste of time and effort. The problem simply wasn't apparent to me at the time. You are everlasting! You think boxers are your enemies, so why would you do that? I've moved on to other, better brands since you sold out to China. It is tragic. ***** - There's justin.
Though not the best, you can still use this one and it works and spins relatively fast. It is a little wobbley and isn't symmetrical so it spins strangely In addition, it loses air a lot.
UPDATE Since I have had it for a couple of months, it has become harder to control its According to the descriptions I found online, this bag is supposed to be fast, but as I use it, I see the slower it gets (Obviously, I am getting faster, but I mean in terms of actual performance with my ability factored in).

The air is lost faster than a punch can be delivered. This bag was purchased in February 2020, but I did not use it until late March and now it is June 8, and I can't use it. Initially, I was always having to fill it with air every day. Now, the tank is completely empty, and the air won't hold. Due to delivery date, I have reached the end of my ninety-day period. You must have experienced something terrible. The middle section of the bag has a swell. I have bought Everlast products from Amazon, and they have all been bad. You can even use the swivel on the Pro. A decent platform for the elite adjustable is provided by the Elite Adjustable. This product is a little bit differently from the 7x10 by Everlast. It takes a more precise hit, to If you need to sweat, just make it faster and longer. Rebounds well, and will keep you going as fast as you can with less effort. Five pounds. This one has a good air pressure of 6 lbs. That makes it too hard on the hands, especially if you are not wearing hand protection, and if you are, rest your hands after each rebound. Keep your hands moving because the rebounding bag will skin your knuckles if you keep them still. There is enough comfort in this bag to hit it barehanded. This bag is good at any price, it just happens to be reasonably priced. I won't even say that this bag is good for the money, it is good at any price. There will always be some air loss in any bag, so don't let that worry you. It isn't a big issue. a number of bags from different manufacturers, and they all need to be maintained every now and then. This bag, however, makes you feel like a pro as it seems to absorb shocks easily. Hold on to your rythm.
