My favorite part of this ball is the reflex. As expected, it was better than I could have imagined. As well as improving my reflexes and hand-eye coordination, it also helps me increase my punching power. As I have been practicing shadow boxing for the past two years, and punching my double end bag and heavy bag, I have noticed some improvements in my performance. I am the only one, but I am not sure why a red ball would be better than a black one. In comparison to the black ball, the red ball is heavier, harder, and slower. I find that the red ball is more difficult on the knuckles and that the heavier weight slows the ball It requires faster reflexes to play with the black ball. Changing the 360 buckle during training is something that really makes a difference. You can hit the ball with the buckle and the string will spin as well, so that it will not get all twisted and tangled. In contrast, other brands that didn't have this 360 buckle made it tough to train for longer than a minute without the string becoming It would take a while for the string to unravel itself and if you don't wait and keep punching it, the ball would suddenly fly everywhere and hit you in the face unexpectedly, which I hated! I think that really just goes to show how well this product was designed. In the research I've done, I found that this brand had the highest ratings out of all the others I have tried.

The only thing that keeps me from writing reviews is this amazing product! It will definitely be part of my workout repertoire in the boxing ring! It is a big problem for me to have a punching bag in my studio apartment since my neighbors complain about the noise. The reflex ball kit made all the difference, however. As opposed to a regular punching bag, this one is not too loud, and I can definitely tell how my focus, and accuracy had improved greatly. There's nothing I love more than this headband it is extremely soft and comfortable, and you can tell that it is well made from the fine details they added to it. This is a 5-star rating!.

As an experienced boxer, I recommend this kit to beginners. Two ball levels are included in this kit, plus there are three different training grounds listed in the instructions. For the price, its definitely a bargain. They have a black ball that is great for beginners. You can tell right away that the ball is very soft by punching it. Also, if the string is less tight, you will have more time to react to the ball hitting In my case, I worked my way up to the red ball in less than a week, so it is Whether you're interested in boxing, kick boxing, or doing a combination of both, I have years of experience to back me up It's not worth your money to buy extra balls for additional levels of difficulty. There is nothing novel about the red ball, after you go up to it, it is all just too much and won't do any more good for you. In my opinion, BattlePulse is the diamond of the games market (they give you regular tennis balls instead of the more accurate reflex balls)

But recently I became interested in boxing, and I realized my reflexes and agility skills weren't up to par. My main objective was to improve these skills, so I decided to find a reflex ball. As a surprise, this product helped me to improve my skills beyond what I thought possible. There is no doubt that this product will be helpful to you. Having this program on my phone has made my day-to-day activities easier. My boyfriend, who at first called this product stupid, ended up ordering one when he tried mine. These products have become a part of my daily life now work no longer feels like a workout to me. I use it almost every day, I urge my friends to try it when they come over, and they all rave about it. It is the best I have tried out of the many products I've used in the past. I have an issue with the way the string on the ball is adjusted and tied to the headband. It's not the only person who uses this so adjusting the length for different people is annoying and leaves you fumbling with a strong string to deal with when wearing it.

I would not recommend it to anyone looking to practice their coordination or anything else. It is not that I am ugly, but that I am honest. In the case of an advertisement showing a professional boxer or mixed martial artist using this product or any other product similar to it, that advertisement would be a fake or the person involved would be doing it only for money or to show their face.

As a result of my daughter's recent entry into boxing classes I bought this to develop hand-eye coordination in her. It's a lot less expensive than a punching bag or any other training equipment, and it works exceptionally well. While it was difficult for her to get used to the black ball at first, she progressed rapidly and moved on to the red ball in less than She uses the product every day before and after her boxing classes as a finishing touchup.

If I had to knit pick, the box was slightly deformed when it arrived, but I suspect that was due to the shipping process. Even so, this is still an excellent product that I recommend highly!.
