A good item for the gym that can do multiple things! Item that can be used in many different ways

The price is low and it's multi-functional. A 70 lb Everlast bag for MMA/boxing is anchored to the wall with it. A solid nylon material makes it durable and easy to use. Besides being good for core fitness, it is also good for strength training.
