Bags like this are very useful. I have owned it for over a year and have used it in my home gym with no problems. Every two weeks or so you must add some air. My equipment does not bother me at all when it comes to maintenance, I guess it's more of a maintenance issue. The purse would make a great gift, and there are a number of sizes available. It's more challenging to work out with a small bag.
The two bungee cords are equipped with hooks on both ends.
It is very likely that the bag is defective, since my bag was aligned with the leather shell and has not given me any issues. If you want to exchange it for another bag, you should probably send it back.
A bungee cord is tied around the bottom of the rope and parachute cord around the top.

In a nutshell, While I absolutely love the bag, the "string " was terrible. It didn't come with any good strings at all, but would recommend it even so, but know that you would have to buy some better things to secure it.
I stapled the ends on and gave the nails a protective poly hose cover over the nails.
As opposed to the 7 inch that I ordered, they sent me the 9 inch instead. In addition to the 5 inch I ordered, I also received On the left is the 9-inch and on the right is the 5-inch. Both of them are great, so I'm keeping both, but I just want to make sure getting the right size is possible. It says on it what bladder size you'll need. ACE Hardware sold me a 10 foot bungee cord from their store. Tie 2 bungees of different sizes with an anchor knot to keep in place and adjust it easily and gently untie it. A 9 inch ball feels better when you hit it and you get a positive punch type feeling when you hit it. You can also hit it harder with a 9 inch ball. I find that hitting the smaller 5 inch just as hard / easy. I feel very little difference when hitting either of them regardless of the difference in size. They feel very similar in their movements and their offense is similar in their combos as well. The 9 inch would be my favorite, and I'd choose it if I could only have one because it's as tough to hit as the 5, but i feel like I can hit it harder and it moves more on the small bungees. As well as hitting back harder, it encourages you not to be hit by him. In addition to feeling too light, and not being any more difficult to hit, I'm not sure what the point of the 5 inch is. In my opinion, experimenting with both of them side by side as well as using different bungees could be more effective. Due to my preference for the 9, I don't feel the need to order the 7. It doesn't matter how big the 9 is, you still have to hit it square to make it It will take me a while to evaluate each and update my review if my thoughts change. Whenever I feel like doing it, I pump it up to four pounds of pressure. In a week or two.
The bag is in excellent condition. It has withstood severe abuse and is in almost new condition. It is excellent to have such high air pressure. Over the course of a month, there is only slight pressure loss following a refill and frequent use. I encountered a problem with the bungees rapidly becoming looser as I learned how to use the bag and progressed to heavier power shots. approximately 15 miles off the coast of Australia. The bag speed, which remains about 108 bpm from floor to ceiling, is 8'6" from floor to ceiling. It is still fun, useful, and challenging for me to do it at a slower pace. It appears that the 7" bag would be the best size for intermediate and novice players alike. This bag feels properly proportioned for a gloved hand, and it is large enough to learn on. If you glance the bag on the outside with a wide/heavy punch, the bungee can break your arm and break your blood vessels, leaving pretty nasty looking marks. There are no bruises or burns, just hickeys like a long finger. As compared to the way the marks look, the pain is minimal. There is nothing to fear from them A serious matter. A bag as functional and useful as this is great for exercising It would be great to have a good pair of boxing gloves to go along with it.
The bag I am holding is my first double-end am in love with I found inflating the bladder to be simple. With the bag there are two bungee cords with hooks that are solid and solid. At the bottom, I use the long one, and at the top, a rope to tie the bag to the amount of height I want. The two of us are doing it twice per week now for about 15 minutes each time Over the past year, he has spent 20 minutes per day working on his laptop. Maybe every two months or so, I find I have to add some air to this. I am still doing well with my bladder. Rather than leaving the metal bungee cord hooks exposed, I wrapped a little gorilla tape around them, otherwise they would scrape against your skin quite a bit. When I punch with the bag, sometimes I'll use a bungee cord that's not as stiff at the bottom to make the bag move further and be less predictable. As a result of hitting this bag regularly, I have developed boxing skills that I wouldn't have acquired if I were to simply hit.
The bag has the attachment loops as well as the leather. Leather that is durable and of good quality. You can put air in and it will stay Grabbing the bag with leather gloves is easy. The lace ups and downs are an easy task for bladder changes, and given the way I've punished it over the past 7 months I don't expect to need them any time soon. My phone is an Amazon purchase from January of 2020 for $44. In the present, it costs more than twice that amount, as does almost all exercise equipment.
After heavily beating it for months, and after seeing how durable, and how well built the bag was, I decided to get my own. The quality between the two is poor compared to the other. As soon as I started using the bag, a rivet fell off the top strap, and the leather strips between each panel poked out even further. I had to wrap them right away to prevent my knuckles from getting cut. We were quite amazed at the quality of the stitching between the two people who made our bags. In spite of this, we both still use these same bags today, and they work great for the price, and they have stood up to a lot of abuse.
Ringside's double end bag is a hit! I purchased two of these to mount in the garage using an eye hook lag bolt into the ceiling and a weighted heavy bag anchor bag on The bladder of this bag has been intact throughout the whole time I've been using it and it hasn't deflated or popped ever since I started using it. As a rule of thumb, I like to keep the bag less than completely deflated, so that it takes on a more teardrop The added benefit is that it keeps the ball from being too "bouncy" when hit. I am impressed with how well the outer material has held up. I have a model that says made in Pakistan, and the leather is not cracking or fading. The stitching also remains intact. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the bag. Rubber straps it comes with are okay, but I'd suggest using thin rope or another kind of bungee cord in place of the straps It is equipped with a swivel at each end so the bag can rotate freely while in motion. The double end bag from this reputable company is a good value at a great price. The punch rhythm and timing tool I use most for practicing boxing is this one. It is important to be fluid and have good hand-eye.
