Questions & Answers

It is 90 inches long, according to the listing. That's correct, right? My pool table measures 100 1/2 inches by 100 1/2 inches by 100 1/2 inches by 100 1/2 inches by 100 I'm not looking for a table topper that's too short. ?

Hello, Peter Schuetz, and thank you for your inquiry. First and foremost, I would like to express my regret for any misunderstanding. The dimensions of the tabletop should be 108"L x 60"W x 1/8"H. The site has been updated to reflect the correct dimensions; we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. br>Thank you, JOOLA Teambr>

What is the difference between "full foam backing" and "foam pads with apron"?

The one with the apron includes ten adhesive foam pads, which are insufficient to adequately cover the surface. Due to a lack of foam, the pool table will be scratched by exposed screws. To protect it, you'll need to purchase more foam. I'm not sure why the ten pads were included.

Is this a one-piece puzzle or a two-piece puzzle?

Is this a single or two-piece set?

Is it true it took two people? Is it really going to take that long to ship something? I wanted to give it as a birthday present, but the deadline would put it at least two weeks behind schedule. Thanks! ?

It took me a week to complete my project. In May 2021, we acquired it.

Yesterday, I got my conversion top. The box was damaged, and as a result, the table was damaged, as described by many others. Joola, on the other hand, packs and ships the table so that the middle or connecting part of the conversion top (the part that goes under the net) is on the side of the box that rests on the truck, pallet, or warehouse floor. As a result, the damage is virtually undetectable and has no bearing on the table's play. The table's actual MDF thickness is 9/16", but with the rubber backing, it's closer to 3/4". Nonetheless, this is an excellent mid-length film. table of grades When I put it on my pool table, it sagged a little. Now, the top is heavy, but my table's leather pockets aren't flush with the rails; instead, they're raised a little, giving it a nice look. Add to that the fact that I left the cover on my pool table for protection, which adds a little bit more. br>br>So here's what I did to compensate for any sag: In my case, it worked perfectly, and you might find that you only need to glue three high instead of four high if you try it. You could also use 2x4 or 1x2 pine strips. I just re-did mine. I made use of what I had on hand. 1. br>br> After unpacking the table, I found four thin and long pieces of unfinished compressed particle board, which I simply cut in half to make eight thin and half-as-long pieces.
2. I then glued four pieces together with wood glue and two clamps and let them set as directed (gorilla wood glue about 30 minutes) before repeating the process with the remaining four pieces.
3. I laid them out long ways on the table, with the middle of each length under the net, and made sure they were evenly spaced. I DID GET A NET, BY THE WAY. IN THE PACKAGING, IT WAS IN THE INVISIBLE BOX! After thinking for at least two minutes that I'd gotten screwed and didn't get the net, it was there in a smallish box. JOOLA SHOULD PLACE A GREEN OR ORANGE STICKER ON THIS BOX, IN MY OPINION. Okay, having said that, the net isn't bad; it sets up nicely; however, don't try to make it taught because the string (see photo) that Joola uses to lace through the top of the net is terrible. The string frayed and split during the initial setup, and I'm now clinging to a single thin strand. Today, it's not a problem, but when I need to add more tension, I'll snap the string. So, for now, I'm going to see if I can tie some kite string to the end of the existing string and thread it carefully through the top of the net. I also order the JOOLA WM Table Tennis Net Set, which is touted as Joola's top-of-the-line net. I'm going to make use of the pronoun pro. net, with the stock net serving as a backup. br>br>In general, this is a good conversion top. It's heavy enough to keep its place, and the rubber backing helps as well. I like the look of the black finish. I'm glad I went ahead and bought it.

My family is overjoyed that I was able to obtain this
5/5

I bought a large house in 2010 that included a pool table, but I've only played pool seven times in the last seven years. Years ago, I considered purchasing a ping pong 'table conversion,' but I wasn't sure if I would have enough space to move around and swing a ping pong paddle. I decided to give it a try after hearing that ping pong is good for the brain. It arrived on Friday, and my three children were overjoyed at the prospect of playing our new game. Every day, we've played it, and my wife has as well. Every night, my wife and I, as well as our three children (ages: Our children (ages 10, 11, and 13) gather in our loft to read scriptures and pray as a family. Ping pong is now one of our favorite pastimes. br>I'm glad I paid a little more for a JOOLA table of higher quality. My son accompanied me to Amazon and inquired as to why I spent twice as much on JOOLA instead of the other options. By far the best reviews, as well as a black one, were given to this one. I like that it's black instead of green or another color because my house is very nice, and even though it's upstairs in the loft, where guests don't usually go, it looks nice to those who do.

Great quality, color, and shipping; it looks great, and I'm going to use Basement more now! Love it! The color is rich and thick, and the thickness is just right
5/5

Excellent bounce, sound, and side-to-side consistency, as well as a stylish appearance. br>br>After an evening of ping-pong, we decided to put our basement pool table to use. I bought this to have some ping pong fun at my niece's place. Arrived on time and in excellent condition (metal/wood frame inside a cardboard box to protect the corners during shipping). I carried it downstairs (it was heavy and only came in two pieces, which was inconvenient) - Then it was simple to put together, sits perfectly on the pool table, and was well-screwed together. quick. There are two metal braces with wing-like patterns on them. Nut screws are used to hold it together and align it. The net was up in no time, and we were playing in less time than we had used the pool table in the previous few months or year. It took a long time to get into the basement, but now we can take it out in about 5 minutes and move it to the side if we ever want to play pool. However, it is more enjoyable now, and I believe our adolescent daughter will prefer it to pool when her friends visit. br>br>My only suggestion is that the net holder be made a little "beefier. " It functions satisfactorily, but it appears to be a bit flimsy. A little more metal thickness would be more consistent with the rest of the table's high quality. However, this is a minor quibble; overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. We're actually going down right now to play!.

Overall, the quality is excellent (however, the customer service is appalling)
3/5

This ping pong table top is constructed of high-quality materials. The top does not slip at all and the ball bounces nicely. One of the reasons I chose this model over others is that it has two brackets that hold the two pieces together nicely, preventing them from drifting out of alignment over time. br>However, I deduct one star because of two issues (see attached photos): 1). With the top paint removed, there are three minor scratches on one side. 2). When I opened the box, the outside cardboard was broken, and inside there was a live roach. (The second problem was most likely the result of warehouse and shipping issues. ) )br>br>UPDATE: (br>br>UPDATE: (br>br>UPDATE: ( I followed their instructions for writing a review, but I have yet to receive the free balls that were promised after more than three months. The same canned message (that the balls will be delivered in 4-hour increments) was returned. I attempted to follow up via email six weeks later. I've also left a voice message with the customer service number, but no one has returned my call. As a result of the poor customer service, I'm deducting one more star.
