The size was much smaller than anticipated. It tilts backwards because it is not sturdy. Multiple children were tested and all of them disliked it; we had to purchase extension swing ropes because the ones that came with it were not long enough. I've already paid for it to be hung and installed. I should have gone back right away.
*Updated: A replacement swing has been sent to me for free, and it is said to be of higher quality. However, this isn't always the case. Because it's made of wood, it has the potential to mold. The swing is very nice, but the edge of the seat cuts into my skin and isn't very comfortable because it's too sharp. It appears that the corners should have been more rounded, particularly the front and back edges, where they are most noticeable. If you're wearing pants, this isn't an issue.
