No, not with all of the extra hardware. To fit a round bar, you'll need to create a bracket.
The size of the limb or board you're using to attach the bracket to is, in my opinion, the most important factor. Yes, if the size is small (under 6 inches). The first thing to consider is how the beam (swing set) is secured; it must be secure. I used a 20-foot-long 6" by 4" beam with four "A" frames, a slide, and other swinging items. Everything is securely fastened to the ground.
The bracket itself can support 400 pounds, but you should always double-check the weight capacity of the structure it's attached to.
It can. The width can be adjusted to fit, but the height is set for a 4 in board, so it will work fine. A 4x6 was the size I chose.

I'm a little disappointed, but my 7-year-old is even more so! We purchased the swurfer board for her birthday, and the conversion set because we do not have a tree in our backyard. The item was shipped and received within a short period of time. However, there were no instructions included with the item, and some of the pieces were missing. My daughter was overjoyed to finally be able to ride her new swurfer board when we discovered that it couldn't be hung because the kit was missing one nut that goes to the bolt that attaches it to the post. I can live without the instructions, but I can't live without one of the kit's most important components.
The swing that is hung on it has been used by the grandchildren with no issues. It's extremely well-made.
