It's a great product, but the packaging isn't quite up to par

It's a great piece of equipment that gives you a lot of swinging stability. It's adjustable, which I like. It's a little difficult to put together because there are no instructions. When putting something together, it's helpful to look at a picture of the item. The package was not properly packaged by the shipper. I was concerned that parts of the box were missing because it was old and damaged. I had a fortunate situation.

There were no instructions included in the package. The packaging was terrible, and there were multiple bolts, nuts, and washers missing.

In the box, there are a few missing pieces

I bought this over the winter, and when I went to open and install it recently, I discovered that many parts were missing. To get replacement pieces, I had to go to the pictures hardware store. Very let down.
