It's a fun game that's also simple to put together. It's easy to transport this item thanks to the carrying case. The ladder isn't very sturdy, and one of the plastic elbows broke the first time we played it. br>br>I'd like to contact the seller and inform them of the situation, in the hopes of receiving a replacement piece, but there is no way to do so on Amazon, as far as I can tell. br>br>Downgrading to one star because we bought two different elbow sizes from the store and neither fit the product; I contacted the company's customer service and they were useless; there were too many hoops to jump through. I simply want my money back for this garbage, and I will gladly return it, but there is no way for me to do so. Do not purchase this headache because the product and service were both terrible.

This is my second purchase of this product, and I am very pleased with it. The first one lasted a long time and was subjected to a great deal of use and abuse. After a family beach vacation last year, during which we cracked several connectors and poles and discovered a lot of rot, I replaced the old one. br>I ordered the same set on purpose because it was so solid and long-lasting. I've only used it a couple of times so far, and several of the ropes are already frayed. The balls and ropes were never an issue in my previous set. br>Since the product is guaranteed for life, I've contacted customer service for replacements, and if they keep their word, I'll raise the rating. I give the original set 5 stars in every category, but I can't say the same for the new one.

PVC pipe and golf balls were used to make one of these a few years ago. It was a lot of fun to work on. However, the game was thrown out as a result of the relocation. I wanted to make a new one, but I discovered that the game was now available for purchase. Buying it was only slightly more expensive than making it myself. I chose this one after reading a few reviews. The colors, the scorekeeping feature, and the fact that the balls are real golf balls are all things I appreciate. If there is some wind, it makes a difference. This is an outstanding game. Learning is simple. Playing this game is very simple. Two, four, or six people can play. It's simple to take to the beach, a picnic, or just around the house. br>UPDATE - This set does not perform well in cold weather, as I discovered. Today's game was played in temperatures around 50 degrees. It was cool, but not frigid. One of the rungs was shattered when one of the balls landed on it. The plastic is a little flimsy. It's easy to break. br>I'll have to contact the company to see if a replacement rung is available. I also discovered that the diameter of this pipe is not the same as regular PVC plastic pipe, which I had planned to use instead, but it was not possible. That was a letdown. UPDATED AGAIN - I've only played with this a few times. br> I emailed the manufacturer, who stated that they offer a "lifetime warranty" against breakage. They'll send me a replacement part for free, and I'll be back on the road in no time! br>I'm concerned about the brittleness of the plastic, but if they have a lifetime warranty, I'll be fine! This was a Father's Day present for our father. It's fantastic! It's a great game to play. ❤️. The quality is a huge letdown; we've only used it about 12 times and the plastic is already breaking! I'm surprised it's not more durable, given how much it costs. It appears as if you should be able to play it for more than one summer! We don't have any small children in our household. They're all tall and know how to handle things carefully. Any damage occurred as a result of normal use! If you're looking for a unique way to.

from the age of five to the age of seventy-five We've had a chance to play one-on-one with each other. first, tournaments and teams- Everything was a lot of fun. It's convenient to have the score counters because it eliminates the need to remember your score. It is simple to put together, even for children. To avoid being hit with a golf ball, you must remind the younger children to stay away from the ladder when others are throwing the bolos. We haven't had any problems with the ladder cracking despite the fact that it is frequently hit. It was well worth the money for the amount of time we've been using it and the fun we've been having; we're thinking about getting another couple of sets of bolos so we can use the two ladders independently and play two games at the same time.

I got this package in the mail just in time for Memorial Day Weekend, when we were planning on entertaining some guests at a barbecue. When the package arrived, it was in good condition. By simply looking at the picture on the box, it was simple to put together. We began playing, and within ten minutes, one of the knots had come undone, and the gold ball had fallen out. We had to fine-tune the threading to get it back through the hole, and then we had to re-thread it. tied it. After two days of play, someone threw a toss that landed on the lower blue rung, snapping the piping in half. It wasn't a particularly difficult throw, and the set had seen little use. This was just common usage (and not a lot of it at that). I contacted Amazon in the hopes of receiving a replacement blue rung, but they were unable to do so. I like the item otherwise, so I'll go ahead and replace it, but I'm only giving it three stars because of the lack of durability and the inconvenience of having to return it after such a short time; I'm hoping the replacement set works out better.

I really like how it's supported by a square base rather than two flat legs. It definitely aids in the stability of the situation. The scoring devices are useful, but my favorite feature was the excellent customer service. One of my bolos chipped a small piece of plastic on one of its throws. We were able to continue playing because it has a more solid core, but when I contacted the company that sells them, someone requested proof within a day or two. When I sent them the photo, they immediately sent out a replacement bolo. I can't say enough nice things about the customer service here, which says a lot! I 100% would recommend buying from them in the future!.
