Kids of all ages, from toddlers on up to older children and even our tall teenager (who does not like to be called short!). The only thing more satisfying than slamming into people and things in the backyard and sending them or us flying is getting slammed into and knocked down. That was hilarious. Due to the 2 handles and adjustable shoulder straps in the center, we weren't overly concerned about the ball slipping when we used it since the handles were so great. Even though the straps weren’t big enough for the toddlers, the handles were big enough for them to grip and we could flip them all around and roll them around the yard.
