Hello dear, for your issue, just rotate and press the bottom hole of the ball with the led light, then you will not have any issues.
Putting the light in once the ball had been filled with air was easier for me.
Simply insert the light into the hole at the bottom of the ball once it has been inflated.
After a couple of days, it stopped working for us as well. It would be wonderful if they had a replacement, but we haven't seen one yet. Hopefully, an offer will be forthcoming

I have nbsp I think the kids liked it a lot! I'd like to compare it to.
I pump up the ball and insert the light with no problem at all. A leak around the light insert caused the ball to deflate. I patched it with a vinyl patch and all was well again. Now the ball is in working order again. Due to the thinness of the vinyl, I wasn't surprised by the leak, so don't expect the ball to last for too.
Water gets in contact with the light, and it stops working when it is wet. An enjoyable experience for one use only. My heart desired to love it, but my heart could not do so.
It's hard to tell what happened, but I think the battery that was sent with it wasn't working or it broke. It was for a party we were having later in the week, so I returned it. It was not worth the price of $21 for this item, and I wouldn't buy more than one if the first one stopped working within 15 minutes. Thanks to my testing before the party, it worked.
They were purchased two at a time. One of them stopped working the first night we used them, and we loved them so much. Within a week, the other two stopped working. Incorrect installation of LED lights in balls can be problematic. I think these are a great concept and they're gorgeous, but I can think of only a few uses for them.
In 90 minutes of swimming, this is what appeared in the battery compartment. The battery compartment wouldn't stay in the pocket in the ball, so it had to be dug out of Despite the fact that it was really cool in theory, in reality the ball did not work.
Unfortunately, I forgot to read the reviews until I checked the arrival date and then I read them. You're not going to get much for your money. You won't even be able to use it. It was my fault not to read them. I didn't buy it because too many reviewers warned me not to.
I do not recommend this product as we bought it to use in the dark for 9 Square in The Air with our youth group. In the game, there are little to no forces exerted on the ball except to bop it A student hit the ball for the first time legitimately, and it popped right away. We will return the product, and it was absolutely not worth the cost.
