The cuddlers will love the softness and plushness of it. My granddaughter was scared by the voice and cried after experiencing it. I returned the one I bought. Toys play a big part in her life She will have fun with this, and I thought it would be fun for her to do. This is what I bought for my baby & my kids Upon receiving it, I found it to be a cheap, ugly, shoddy fake made from china that looked nothing like this. This was a complete disappointment to me and I returned it immediately.
In terms of time, it was put away for when she was older after we used it on Christmas. Yesterday, on Feb 9th, my son took it out and turned it on it worked for only a few seconds and then just stopped working. Despite putting in new batteries, we still can't get it to It is obvious that the company refuses to replace items now that the 30 day return period has expired. China's cheaply made products have disappointed me and I am tired of them. It was too darn expensive for the cheapness of the product! *I would not have given this anything more than a star. Nevertheless, I would like to give Hammer Schlemmer 0 stars as well, since they did not even replace the item! My future purchases from this seller will not include anything from them.
I purchased 4 other cats that were in perfect condition. The fur was shedding, and the cats were extremely hard. These three cats were very pretty and pretty different. They had a lot of different colors and textures, none of which were anywhere near as hard as this brown one's. The eyes were also hard beads glued onto the hat. Four others had empathic eyes that did not pose a choking hazard because they were encircled by the eyes. My guess is that it's a knockoff. The Amazon returns policy is great, and they are very good and helpful. I have used Amazon products for years without any problems.
In spite of being a 36 year old physician, I have spent more time playing with this toy than I have with my 3 month old baby girl. Although she has already come to enjoy the soothing voice, she is already a fan. In my case, it was much easier to operate after removing the polybag than I expected since batteries are included in the package. Similarly, an Elmo version of this toy also exists, but in my opinion this one is more BEARABLE ) As for now, I give this 5 out of 5 stars due to the fact that my wife is very happy with it and likes to hear the voice. I am sure she will tire of hearing the voice after some time, but for now, I would recommend this product.
I notice the Gunds on the right appear in a different way than they usually do, since it is my first Gund. Although the bear's mechanics deserve 5 stars, it does not take away from the overall experience. It works very well, the sound is clear, and the motion works too. A couple years ago, I bought the same bear, and I wanted to replace it with this one. We bought the first bear about 3 months after it was created, but it broke down about a month later. There are some negative aspects to the new replacement's voice, including the mechanical sound that it makes. It's creepy to the point of borderline horror. It doesn't make a difference to me whether my two-year-old enjoys him or not. The bear does an excellent job at playing peek-a-boo with him. The two of them booed together. When he first holds the blanket up to her, he speaks to her and starts to explain where he's going and she starts wondering. She tries to look behind the blanket when suddenly he drops his arms and leaves. We hope that this one will last more than 3 months because it is one of our favorites.
