Because the green and blue are more visible in this style, I chose it. Green and blue are difficult to distinguish in the other style. That's why I went with this design when I placed my order. I couldn't figure out what to do about Phase 10 in the red outline.
Yes, I believe so. It's possible that they're a little bigger than regular playing cards, but I doubt it. They had been bought as a present.

My old card game buddies and I used to play this as one of our top five favorite games. There were five people in total. We'd play with two boxes of Phase 10 and remove all of the Skip cards permanently if there were six of us. The latter is due to the fact that waiting for your turn is tedious enough without having to miss one or more. Games should bring people closer together rather than make someone feel excluded. If I were to upgrade the game myself, I would eliminate at least two wild cards per pack, create four more Phase 10 instruction cards for those with bad memories, create a sturdy carrying case with secure card holders for multiple decks, and create a card holder with a secure storage space in the set, as well as make the cards nicer and longer lasting. The decks are currently simple to shuffle, but they are made of lustrous paper with worn corners. I wouldn't mind spending slightly more than twice as much for a nice upgraded set as I did for this one. However, I am unable to express my dissatisfaction. If you're looking for other fun games, Sequence, Rummikub, and Canasta—the Hands are all good options. Spoons, Texas Tick, Golf, and Polish Poker are some of the games that can be played with your feet. With the exception of Rummikub, all of these games require the use of cards. Now that we have a new group of game players, I'm about to introduce them to a new game: Phase 10.
After just one game, I was hooked! I like that each round of play has a different goal, which keeps my attention. I must admit, however, that I have trouble remembering which phase is next, so I have to rely on the card that lists all ten phases! This game was introduced to me about a month ago; We (friends) continued to play until 1 a. m. 00 a. and was adamant about not giving up. The game fascinates me, and while it does involve some luck, there is plenty of room for strategy. I couldn't wait to get my hands on a deck after the evening. Although it is not a children's game, I believe that teenagers would enjoy playing it. Due to the large number of cards, shuffling by hand is difficult, so I recommend purchasing a mechanical shuffler along with your deck. It's a lot of fun to play! TMc.
Because we take them camping and play outside with a lot of people, our old ones' cards are getting a little worn out, so I wanted to get a new one to keep at home. It's one of our all-time favorites! It can take a long time to complete, but as long as you keep track of points and which phase each person is in, you can always come back and finish later. We usually just restart, but in any case, it's a lot of fun, and everyone gets along, which isn't always the case with games, haha.
My family plays a lot of games when we get together. This is the one card game that we all despise! Another game of rummy has been completed.
