The colors and animals on the cards drew her in immediately, and she picked up on a basic version of the game quickly. I like that they offer various versions that can be played by people of various ages. Her mother learned her numbers by playing regular uno, and I think she'll find this to be a fun way to learn as well. The games are short and sweet, just right for her three-year-old's attention span, but I believe they will keep her entertained for years to come.
My husband and I had discussed how much fun Uno would be to play with our three-year-old if he knew the numbers already. Animal pictures are added to the cards in this Uno junior game (same number = same animal), making it incredibly simple for a 3-year-old to learn the rules! br>As suggested, we started playing with everyone's cards open on the table (so we could help), but it took him an entire game to understand; for the adults, it's still the standard Uno game, but our little one doesn't have to feel left out because of the animal pictures!.
This was a gift for my four-year-old son. If we chose to go that route, our 5-year-old could probably pick up the original game of UNO. The fact that this is a smaller deck with three levels of play appeals to me. We began at the beginning and progressed from there. It's a lot of fun, and it's a great stocking stuffer for a low price.
This is fantastic, and the three different levels of play make it ideal for children. Our little one is just over three years old, and he performed admirably at the beginner level. I highly recommend this for anyone with a little one 3 or older! The same numbers all have the same animals, which makes playing for him a lot of fun; he's just looking for the same color or number as the discard pile.
I have nieces and nephews who are younger than me. This game aids in the learning of the original uno.
This is a fantastic game for kids of all ages and skill levels to enjoy.
It's very simple to pick up this game. It is a big hit with my younger grandkids. It would make a wonderful present.
