Questions & Answers

Second question (I know, I'm a moron): do the standard cards differ significantly from the rider back in terms of handling? For flourishing and sleight-of-hand tricks?

Hello,br>The cards are identical. The box is the only thing that isn't the same. br>I hope this information is useful.
Don

I'm hoping these papers aren't the ones I'm referring to. Ty?

They're paper, as you suspected.

What is the size of a poker hand?

Standard refers to the size of the item, which in this case is poker cards.

Why does it state that the price is $6? However, the cheapest price available is $7. 99?

I know amazon or the seller keeps messing up, but I've seen lower prices as well, like a two deck for $8.

Even after all these years, I'm still a loser at go fish. Ok. My friend came over and we were going to play go fish, and I was super excited because I had just finished watching some youtube strategy videos and was looking forward to putting my new skills to use (youtube is the BEST for learning new skills). Card games, in particular. ) I was SURE I was going to kick his ass, but I'm not gonna lie, this guy is good (I'm pretty sure he's the one who uploaded all the skills videos, and I know a good pair of hands when I see one ;) ) However, take it seriously. "Jared, did you make a bunch of go fish strategy youtube videos?" I wondered. "No," he replied. I also recognize a liar when I see one, similar to how my hand recognizes something. So, he wanted to use his deck, but I had just gotten a new bicycle set from Amazon, so I took the high road. I'll admit, his deck was pretty cool, a Harry Potter set, but Dumbledore gets me all worked up. (To be clear, I don't dislike Dumbledore. ) He is truly remarkable. It simply depresses me. You're aware of this. I won't tell you how he dies if you don't want to know. ) In any case, we're right in the middle of it, requesting cards left and right. "Do you have any sixes, Jared?" I wondered. "Of course, I was polite about it. In competitions, hostility will not help you advance; Then he replied with a resounding "no. " I, on the other hand, was in desperate need of sixes. It's a bad time. But, alas, that is life, and to cut a long story short, I lost that round. (I was aiming for a six-figure score. ) I should've figured it out by now). GET THIS. After Jared had won that round, and only after, he casually mentioned to me that my deck (the red one) lacked the six of hearts. I'm not sure where to begin: first and foremost, how did he know that? He's got to be the YouTube guy, I'm sure of it! I'd never notice if it wasn't for the fact that I'd be even if it was just a joker who had vanished! At first, I mistook him for Dumbledore. But then I realized it was real: the six of hearts had vanished. FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS, I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF BOTH BIYCLE CARDS AND AMAZON. Yes, I'm disappointed that I didn't win. Is it because I put my faith in full, complete decks of cards that I'm upset? Yes. Is it true that I am saddened by Dumbledore's death? Yes, and he's dead, which is a major spoiler. I'm hoping you didn't read the part where he died. Especially if you are a Harry Potter fan who was unaware that Dumbledore had passed away. That's why I said "spoiler alert," because it's so tragic. I would not recommend purchasing this deck of bicycle cards, especially if you intend to play go fish with someone as talented as Jared. So, in any case, you get the idea. 3 out of 5 stars The blue pack, on the other hand, was in pristine condition. This is, without a doubt, the best deck of cards I've ever seen. 3 out of 5 stars Dumbledore, may you rest in peace. br>br> br>*Warning*: This article contains spoilers.

I was disappointed because the Bicycle cards I grew up with were not the same as the ones I had
3/5

What a letdown! For many years, I used to play with Bicycle brand cards! Quality, weight, texture, and material have always been favorites of mine. Our home was destroyed by toxic mold, and I was missing my cards, so my husband splurged and ordered this brand specifically for me. I'm guessing they're made of some kind of plastic or something with a weird material with a tiny cross hatched pattern on them to make them slippery, but it doesn't help. They're a lot slicker than old decks were, even if they were brand new. Even shuffling them is difficult. As a result, Bicycle, like many other businesses, has opted for less expensive materials. It makes me sad, especially since the feel of "real" cards is a big part of why people play with them. In their hands, they feel the texture of them. I understand that lower-cost materials equate to higher profits. It's a pity, especially in some cases where "the feel" is so important. Bicycle, I'm disappointed in you!.

BUYING IS A MISTAKE - BICYCLE CARDS ARE NOT ACTUALLY BICYCLE CARDS
3/5

Awful, oh my god, oh my god, oh Completely knocked out dismounts from a bicycle br>I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews I read or inquired about the origins of the cards because I'm pretty sure they're made in China when Bicycle cards are made in the United States. (The sad part is that they make it appear as if these are the real deal. ) It's just a company ripping off the design word for word. )br>I bought them because I thought they were a good deal for two, but now I see why. The worst part, of course, is that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! When you shuffle the cards, you can immediately tell how bad they are; they're nothing like the original.

The price is excellent

Yes, I can get this set for one dollar. 00 off on a brick I can go to a brick-and-mortar store, but that means masking up and hoping I don't get COVID. In terms of COVID, we've played a lot of cards with our kids over the last eight months and plan to play even more in the future. As a result, getting a new set of cards was critical. One will be used as a Euchre deck, while the other will be used for cribbage. When the Bicycle cards were made in our area, I was a kid growing up in Windsor, Ontario. These are the same cards I used to play with when I was younger. Nothing has changed in the meantime. They are light and airy. The finish is superb, the weight is ideal, and the lettering and printing are crisp. The 13-year-old can shuffle them with ease, and even the 10-year-old can try. Any other cards would be a waste of time for me. 5 stars.

They've grown on me
5/5

I didn't like these when I first got them - They don't have the same feel as the decks I used to play with as a kid. They're slick and stiff, and they don't have the same consistency as cardstock. The finish is unmistakably a product of the twenty-first century - molded out of plastic It's possible that beer is involved. tenacious However, the finish has a woven texture to it. I'm guessing they're not quite as slippery as they appear to be - They also don't stick together as well as regular plastic. br>When they were new, we had a hard time holding on to them and shuffling them - 52- It is possible to pick up a card more than once. br>However, we've grown accustomed to their presence. And there aren't any other options. We looked through the 1875 anniversary cards to see if they had the old-fashioned greetings we were looking for. They have an old-fashioned look to them, but they're also made of plastic. I'm not sure how much better cheaper knockoffs could be. br>As a result, I'm switching from a grumpy to a positive review. old- lady 2- a star in the direction of a confessing- they're- probably- the- best-of-their-kind make- today 5- star.

I APPRECIATE HOW LONG THEY LAST
5/5

My grandson is a small child. I enjoy playing "War," and it's even better with two decks. The fact that the cards are coated is something I really appreciate. If soiled, it can be wiped off. There's also no need to be concerned about crooked corners!.

These Are The Cards You're Looking For
5/5

My friends and I enjoy "flicking" playing cards at targets and attempting to make them stick, in addition to playing poker. This necessitates the use of a qualified individual. These cards are exactly that: high-quality playing cards. These are the cards you want if you want cards that are the right thickness, won't bend if you drop them, and are simple to shuffle and deal.

Expensive; after purchasing them, I realized I could never pay the same amount for two decks of regular playing cards in a store

I guess I was bored and didn't think when I placed my order.
