There were a lot of problems with assembly

I bought this for my kids as a Christmas present. It was just last week that I compiled this. As far as I'm concerned, I will never purchase this item The program does what the instructions say it will do. It does not have a function issue. There were some bars that did not have holes drilled that were supposed to be there. In addition, the instructions were a bit lacking since they were mainly pictures and not enough explanation.

The scoreboard of the game was only working half of the time. The company was reached out to and several emails were exchanged with me. It was requested that I supply them with part numbers to replace defective parts, but I do not have the In order to receive a refund, I was told I would have to pay shipping but that I could get an $8 discount if I kept This is not worth keeping, for the amount of money we paid it should be a bit more sturdy and there should be no noticeable problems with any parts.

This was a gift that I gave to my son It was broken after a month, so they loved it. The backboard has severe damage and one rim has pulled out of the board and the front poles have cracked. For the money, I expected the camera to last a little longer.
