My keychain broke off of the top part of the chain the same day I added it to my keys, but the overall design is great. The money I spent on this turned out to be a waste because it went missing the same day I added it to my keys. I am not sure if it was faulty or not, but I was upset. A replacement has not been notified to me after I emailed the customer service department.
