Frankenstein was not the monster that he claimed to be!
These were given to my 16-year-old daughter. He claims that the fingers are a little too loose for him and that he has to tighten the cuff. Maybe if your ten-year-old is a bit larger than the norm.

The gloves are identical. The gloves themselves aren't bad for the price, but I'm annoyed that I ordered the large ones and they were wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy My husband has very large hands, so I had him try on both a large and small pair, and he couldn't tell the difference. These are fine if you have very large hands, but if you have small hands, you should look for something else.
I purchased these to replace a pair of similar cycling gloves. I ordered a medium, which was the same size as my gloves, but I should have gone up a size. The velcro on these isn't great, and after a week of wearing them for hours at a time, the velcro strap keeps coming undone. Even though I have to redo the velcro strap every now and then, the gloves are great. I understand that this isn't their intended use, so your results may vary.
They're a little big, but that's not a deal breaker for me because I'll be saving them for next Halloween and they're comfortable enough to wear all day.
My fingers were free for the trigger, but getting hit in the knuckles with a paintball didn't hurt.
This is an excellent purchase. As described, the item was sold. A very quick delivery.
I mean, any gloves with a hardened proctor on the outside are a must, but these are light, breathable, and easy to move in so your fingers don't feel stuck in place.
It's fantastic.
