Questions & Answers

What are the materials used to make the gloves? What's the difference between polyester and nylon or acrylic and acrylic?

As stated in the article, "Product Descriptionbr>Our deluxe shooting gloves have a synthetic leather back and a leather palm for maximum durability. Perforated fingers with articulated knuckles for increased flexibility and a hook and loop wrist closure with a large back ventilation port Black"

Is it suitable for pat-downs and cell-phone searches?

I'm not sure about cell searches, but it's good for avoiding pat downs.

Is it true that these are manufactured in the United States of America?

I used them to shoot doves in Argentina, as well as duck hunting and hunting doves in Texas. After a few wear holes, I decided to throw it away. I gave a long answer to the question of why I didn't look at the manufacturing location.

What sizes do these come in? Is there a size chart available?

Not sure! But I believe it is only available in one size? And my hands aren't particularly large, so I had to stretch the small because the medium would be too long in the finger tips. I'm only 5'3", so I'm a little short.

The fit is excellent
3/5

The fit is good, but the quality isn't particularly good. Some of the leather patches were incorrectly labeled when they were taken out of the package. sewn together and pulling up The cuffs were given more attention. They are firmly locked down. For one- These would be fine for pistol shooting from a holster and general light cold weather shooting, but not for rifle shooting. The patches may become a stumbling block. I had hoped that previous comments about quality issues were only applicable to a specific batch. That does not appear to be the case. I'm considering chopping off the fingers to see if that helps. It's a great concept. The execution was poor. The gloves are light enough to be used with a pistol. They could have done better by sticking with the same fabric, removing the leather patches, and strategically placing slightly tacky gel dots or bands.

Top-of-the-line quality, as well as a comfortable, durable, and well-fitting pair of gloves
5/5

These gloves have left a lasting impression on me. A good pair of leather gloves is usually too long in the pinky-finger area for me. By as much as a half-inch at times. These gloves, on the other hand, are a perfect fit for all of my fingers, as if they were custom-made for me. They also have a secure Velcro closure and are long enough on the wrist to feel very comfortable. The hide is made of leather. With stretch inserts, knuckle vents, and air hole perforations, the synthetic on the fingers and palms is very durable yet thin enough to provide enough tactile feel, and the stretch inserts, knuckle vents, and air hole perforations, they're very comfortable, offering a snug enough fit with great movement and dexterity. Despite the fact that I've only had them for about a month, I expect these gloves to last a long time. I'm thinking about getting another pair for driving.

Dexterity is something I admire
4/5

I just got the gloves, and despite the fact that they haven't been broken in yet, the dexterity they retain is incredible. To give you an idea of what I'm talking about, I'm typing this message while wearing gloves. They are a snug, conforming fit that I can assume will only get better as I break them in and get used to having something over my fingers. (Keep in mind that I have large hands with ring size 12 (really thick) fingers, which also goes to show that they are not super thick. ) It was also nice to have them on when I was shooting my Glock. It wasn't too bulky, and I had no trouble feeling and loading ammo. I only gave them four stars because, while I was initially impressed, I need to see how they hold up over time. I hope you find this review to be beneficial.

Pakistan is where they're made. Both gloves have the middle and ring fingers sewn in such a way that they twist almost completely backwards, allowing the "grip" side of the glove to line up with your fingernail. Each finger is assembled in a different way. The middle finger is thinner than the ring finger. Except for the thumb and pinky, all of the fingers are too loose, while the hand section is extremely tight. The velcro wrist strap is poorly designed, and regardless of how the attaching pieces are positioned, a triangular fold of material sticks out from the wrist. This material fold could easily become entangled in something. These are more like 20 cent gloves than $20 gloves, in my opinion. However, given the risk of getting your shooting hand caught in your gear when you need it most, I believe they should be renamed suicide gloves, and the price would be ideal. br>*I have somewhat "generic" hands because I have been trying on motorcycle gloves frequently (shopping for a new pair) and have no problems with standard fitting.

The fit is good but not perfect, with one minor exception: the seam on the right hand's ring finger rubs just enough against the tip of the finger to be noticeable
4/5

The right glove does not have this problem, and it feels as if the finger was sewn slightly shorter. It is possible to adjust the right glove so that contact is not an issue. Overall, a good set of gloves that can be used in a variety of shooting situations.

Excellent value for money and a perfect fit
5/5

Excellent fit and excellent grip on my Browning O/U thanks to the leather palms and fingers. These gloves enable me to swing the gun and catch the shells as they eject from the barrels when I shoot skeet and Sporting Clays. I've probably worn them on 50 different occasions and they're still going strong. I'd buy another pair if I needed to.

All of the measurements are incorrect
3/5

I ordered a pair in size "Small," but they were a little too tight, so I ordered a pair in size "Medium. " " I was disappointed to find that these were smaller than the "Small" pair. Their sizing labels appear to be random and without rhyme or reason. I'm afraid to order a "Large" because I'm afraid they'll be even smaller than my previous two purchases. I'm going to look for a different brand that has the correct sizing. Be wary of the buyer!.

These gloves should not be worn
3/5

These gloves were purchased in Argentina for dove shooting. On the first hunt, the seam between the thumb and forefinger on the left glove tore. It was only a faulty seam, I reasoned. br>br>By the third hunt, the left hand glove's synthetic leather on the ends of the fingers and palms had become severely worn, and black dye had stained both my left and right hands. Due to the fact that my shotgun was loaded by a bird boy, the gloves were not worn. Furthermore, because the temperature was in the 60s, I wasn't sweating excessively, which could explain why the dye stained my hands. br>br>I would strongly advise against using these gloves. I should've bought a pair of deerskin work gloves instead. I've used those to hunt quail in South Texas before, and they far outperform these gloves.
