It is 25 feet long. One commenter warned that it might not be a single 25' piece after all, rather a number of pieces if it's a 25 feet piece. The tubes I've used come in one piece in red, green and blue and have always been 25 feet

What is the diameter of the barrel? Can I use it for a slingshot?

A slingshot would have no place for an invention like this.

Does the band hold up to any type of internal ?

Resistance tubes like these are not designed to be used for internal air pressure, that is my understanding.

It is one of the products I use for making needle pullers for my students who study beading and cloth sculpture. This tubing is excellent and flexible, and it can be easily cut into the lengths necessary for my Obviously I don't use it as a physical therapy tool. There is a narrower yellow therapy tubing that is even wider, but I couldn't find it online or in the surgical supply stores around me. I wasted a lot of time searching for this product at local surgical supply stores as no one understood what I needed when I called. As part of my rehab treatment, I made use of yellow, green, and blue elastic tubing. Weight training will not be replaced by this material, despite its low cost. When it comes to building muscle or losing weight, it lacks the safety and versatility of a torsion machine or a weight machine because it uses low force for stretching during rehab.

The two sections came in separate packages! During the holidays, I got my own package of this in the mail so that I could exercise my arms while I watched TV

My disabled roommate got one, and I liked it enough to get my own. The previous comments made me wary about it since they mentioned it came just before I cut, but my roommate did not, so I tried it. There was a total of 25 feet of this kind of material, one piece about 9 feet long and one around 15 or 16 feet long. Having the tubing cut to be portable and able to use it for individual exercises is great having the tubing cut to length for arm exercises is not so great. I would have personally preferred cutting the tubing myself rather than letting someone else decide how to use it. The reason it gets three stars instead of four or five is because of this. There is an inconsistency in the condition of the product. I didn't find any cracks or cuts in the tubing itself (though it was a bit bulgy and wavy in places), but I wanted to cut it to my own specifications.

In recovery from a surgery, I was exposed to the Theraband tubing through my physical therapist. As a result of my steady and quick return to health, I decided to keep some tubing on hand at numerous locations, so I could use them at any time. This is incredible! In addition to the fact that they are available in many strengths, are well made, easy to use, more comfortable than the bands, wear well, and really help strengthen and increase mobility without causing excessive trauma as some types of equipment do. As well, there are a few accessories that are useful depending on the circumstances. The tubing was very flexible and easy to cut to the lengths you want. For the price, you get plenty of tubing to keep at many places (the car, the office, home, travel bag) or even to share with your friends and family members. For the rest of my life, I intend to use them so that my muscles are correctly toned and that I have a symmetrical movement of my body which is very important to prevent injuries and to maintain overall health.
