The MOE works well with it. The color of my hair is not black, but rather a very dark charcoal grey - A black color. There are a lot more blacks here than what's in The black color goes very well with a black AR receiver. The color of the Magpul PMAG is the same as the color of the Black Magpul PMAG.
With screws, it is attached to a plastic plate that is attached to the stock with a rubber pad. I appreciate it.
I don't have a magpul stock, but this is for one.

In other words, it's just as hard as the stock pad (and the stock itself). The Limbsaver Precision has been designed to help you! You should replace the stock pad with the Magpul pad. I find it to fit just as perfectly, to be extremely comfortable to use, and to seat more securely against the You do get what you pay for, even if it is twice as expensive. The rifle must have cost you at least $600. You don't need to worry about an additional $35. IF your orangutan arms are just too long for your standard stock to support, and you could use this to extend the length of the pull on your stock, then this MAY be an option There is not much difference, but the additional 3/4 inch of padding helps to achieve ease of movement. Even so, I think the Limbsaver pad offers an amount nearly equal to the CPAP and is easier It depends. You can just get the Limbsaver option if you don't need a pad that is cheap or can withstand harsh treatment.
The fit and finish are excellent. If all the stars were 5 you would expect, then why are they only 4? the description of the product reads as follows "Designed for enhanced shoulder purchase as well as providing better recoil absorption and retention with the thicker, vented rubber surface". While I agree that it might enhance shoulder purchase, I doubt it will lead to improved recoil reduction. There is no "give" in the so-called rubber, and it is as hard as the plastic stock it is attached to. The magpul company makes three different sized (thickness) buttpads (this is the thickest) and I believe that it is safe to say, that for recoil reduction, the choice does not matter. This is how my CRT is mounted to a Magpul CRT You can finish it off very well with a type buttstock. There are several things to be aware of when you use the CRT Unlike some butt stocks, such as the AK-47, this type does not come with an endplate, so if one wishes to aesthetically finish off the butt stock, one will need a buttpad. Magpul doesn't provide buttpads with all of their buttstocks, so I'm not aware of any for other models. In my opinion, this is a very well made piece of "furniture" for your AR-15 It is a type rifle, but don't expect it to reduce recoil. Those who are looking for quality, fit, finish, and aesthetics will find everything they need here.
I was able to get a longer pull length by using this part. The stock pad came up a little short even though mine was adjusted to the maximum. To make sure I got the right fit, I used this method. It's easy to install - just remove two screws, wiggle the side tabs loose, swap the sides and reverse the process. Due to the screw cups being recessed, I was still able to use the original screws that I had in stock. The recoil really wasn't an issue since it was never an issue before. The only thing I wanted was.
Besides the rubber being a little hard, what isn't to like? This product is made in the USA, it is reasonably priced, and it comes with all the mounting hardware necessary. like? Well, I'm not convinced it will provide much recoil reduction, but it's certainly better than nothing, and it's Even if it doesn't help much cushion your shoulder when you drop your rifle on the stock, it will at least protect the rifle from damage if it falls. I would say that the rubber is pretty hard, but it is better than nothing, and the thickness may help to cushion the rifle stock.
But the rubber is VERY hard. Upon receiving it, I was disappointed because the rubber is very hard and does not offer any reduction in recoil. The middle of this pad is made of solid rubber about 1/2" wide and it doesn't The only effect of this is to Recoil reduction is not worth your money if you want to reduce recoil.
Having said that, this product is not really soft. The subtleties of this enhancement are most evident in recoil and use conditions. The grip is slightly improved in the shoulder and there is a slight reduction in felt recoil. It all works together to make an AR that shoots smoother and has a faster trigger release in conjunction with other recoil reducing upgrades (buffer, spring, comp). It also happens that this thing creates such an improved look on my Magpul CTR that I don't dislike it.
I have a Magpul MOE rifle stock, and this did not fit. I believe that the stock I have is listed as compatible in both the magpul website and the description. In the holes for mounting it to the stock, the screw holes don't even come close to aligning with the screws holes.
The quality is very high at a very reasonable price (and I am a cheap consumer). It's just right that the padding is so thick. You might think it's too soft, but it's not. So if you wanted a thicker padding upgrade from what comes with the Magpul CTR, this is a great purchase. I like it a lot.
