Questions & Answers

Is it okay to combine two of them?

That is something I have not tried. There is no guarantee that it will remain intact over time.

What is it made of? Is it ?

would be inclined to disagree, but whatever is used for making it, it works A 3-inch version of the 3/16" cable is mounted on my 30-inch cable On my 12 ga. wire, I used a 1/4" one followed by a 30. In case you're shooting a lot, they'll both save you from taking a beating on your cheek.

Is this workable if I shoot with both my right and left hands?

In short, yes. You can use it if you are a left or right handed shooter.

For my son, will these come out when he is old enough to have line of sight, and will they present no damage to the stock when he no longer requires them?

You should not buy this product for your son if the main purpose is to raise his line of sight since it is only about 1/4" thick at best. The most important purpose of this product is to soften the impact of a kicking shotgun or HP rifle on his If you want it to be removed down the road, that shouldn't be

It is ideal for setting the sights of Marlin Guide Guns accurately
5/5

to add a bit of elevation to my 45-degree gun in order to have optimal sight alignment With its ultra low mounted V3, the 70 Marlin Guide Gun boasts a modern look. In a sense, the manufacturer markets it as an aid to recoil management, but my opinion is that with the proper "turkey neck, cheek weld," recoil management is not an issue on big bore 45-70 rifles. The number of rifles is 70. It's crucial to achieving good marksmanship that you align your sight properly. You can see installing Cheek-in-Cheek in the video below This project can be found on BitChute and YouTube "EEZ for Better Sight Alignment on Marlin Guide Gun". Watch Appleseed Prep's video series on "Sight Alignment" to learn about that as well.

Simplicity, minimalism and just doing what you need to do
5/5

Though this may not be the best method of raising your cheek rest, it is certainly one of the best methods of raising your cheek rest and making it more comfortable than using a hardwood stock instead. There is a lot of wood to choose from, so I appreciate a minimalist design that does not cover all of it.

The paper does not stick to the wall
3/5

There was an expectation that I might like this pad, however, the thickness is too thick for adhesive. You may get away with a 1/16" or 1/8" of another brand, but this simply does not last and I am tired of struggling.

This is essential for those with big magnums
5/5

It provides just a little cushion to help with the cheek fusion and to keep your cheekbone from hitting It is also very helpful to have just a little elevation to improve your line of sight when you want to use a 50mm objective scope with higher rings. Excellent product. I love it.

This is my favorite kind of thing
5/5

This is my favorite kind of thing. The stock of almost all my guns has them. The cheek weld comes out comfy and the adhesive is nice and on one of my rifles that has been there for a few years now and there is no sign of it peeling or.

There were some spots on the bottom of the pad where PSA didn't stick well
3/5

I had trouble getting PSA on the bottom of my pad to adhere to the polymer stock of my shotgun after cleaning it. I would like to see improvements made to the adhesive.

I love it
5/5

There were about four total, three after my first one arrived for testing. the glue is easily removed but a concern is that it comes off far too easily, so the edges lift after a day or two on glossy papers.
