This is the second time I've used this bi-lingual dictionary. For several years, I've been using a pod to shoot my crossbow. My crossbow is approximately 8 pounds in weight. This bi- The pod isn't a flimsy piece of plastic that will snap under pressure. It can withstand the weight of most guns and crossbows.
I'm leaning towards a 24 inch screen. I don't have it with me, though, so I can't double-check.

For predator hunting, this bipod is ideal. Legs that can be adjusted independently adapt to any surface. The foam handgrips on each leg are a nice touch. The only criticism is that it would be ideal if it could be attached to your rifle in some way. I ran a 3/8" wide piece of elastic through each side, and now the pod comes with me when I pick up my rifle to relocate. My only requirement for hunting was a good bipod. For my purposes, all of the other gimmicks that other companies offer for a $90 bipod were unnecessary. Great purchase for the money; I would recommend it for any type of hunting.
In Nebraska, I've used these for the past two hunting seasons. Because it is made of hard plastic, the V-shaped yoke does not secure your rifle and is quite slippery against the shiny surface of most rifle handrails. Even more so if it's raining and wet, or if it's cold and frost forms on it early in the morning while hunting. If the yoke were rubberized to grip the rifle, it would be 100 times better. I'm actually on here looking for a replacement as I type this because this one isn't stable and is a lot of money for something that will just frustrate you at a time when you need it the most.
However, I've had to buy new Primos trigger sticks every year for the past three years because they'd break (mostly the trigger extension release). They also let me stand and shoot (despite my height of 6'4). I was also hesitant because paying less than half price for these made me suspicious of their quality. ***NOTE: I WAS IN FACT WRONG! I was blown away by the sturdiness and quality of the Vanguard Scout the moment it arrived. It's light, but it's incredibly strong! It also extends to the perfect length for my 6'4 shooting stance. The extension release trigger was the only thing the promos had on the Vanguard Scout (you have to manually release extensions). The Primos, on the other hand, would crack if subjected to any sort of weathering, pressure, or other stress. That's why the manual releases were so important to me. As a result of the release of the trigger. if it fails. You'll only be able to use it at the shortest height at the maximum. I spent so much time writing this review because I didn't want anyone else to have to deal with the same problems or waste money. This Vanguard Scout is the only way to go if you want something that is extremely durable, dependable, has long extensions, and is inexpensive.
It's a great way to get a straight shot every time, and it's a handy tool to have on the hunt. It's small enough to take with you wherever you go, and it's incredibly simple to set up. The 360-degree swivel head is also a nice feature. You can adjust your aim without having to reposition your legs, which would cause a lot of noise. Especially useful if you, like me, have medical conditions that make it difficult to hold your weapon steady for long periods of time, or if you have children who aren't yet strong enough to hold a heavy weapon steady and still. This is something I would strongly recommend to anyone who needs to keep their shots steady. Firearms and crossbows both benefit from this.
It's very light!.
I'm not sure why, but it appears that this weighs more than stated. There are no adjustments to the yoke. Leg locks are a little stiff. In a desert climate, the foam handles are unlikely to hold up. br>br>It's very sturdy, and the strap to adjust the width and keep it in that setting is convenient; however, if you're taller than 6', you might find it uncomfortable for standing shots. br>br>After using the Primos Pole Cat Bi Pod, I'm not sure what I'd buy if I had to buy something new. Both have appealing characteristics, but they also have disadvantages. If this is as good as the first, only time will tell.
Last year, I missed an animal 170 yards up a mountainside in tall grass while hunting free hand. I put in a lot of time and effort into this. I decided to stow my rifle and use it as a hiking stick to go hunting. I got this thing set up solid and smacked a decent muley at 313 yards while kneeling on steep uneven terrain with 2' high grass. The boost in self-assurance that this device provides is something to behold.
There will be no deer stands as a result of this. I bought it to use while hunting in order to improve my chances. My hunting buddies laughed at me and said it was just extra weight, but I brought it anyway because it's so light. br>br>On the first day, there was a big buck about 150 yards away that was moving, so I had to stand to see over the grass and was fortunate to have my bipod setup. With one shot to the lungs, I've got a nice 11-pointer. Without the bipod, I'm not sure I'd be able to get that shot. Later, it assisted me in taking another deer from 75 yards away with an identical shot to prove it wasn't luck. br>br>Excellent product at a great price! Thank you very much for taking the time to create it.
