Without a doubt. The simple function of a modern handgun precludes the use of a brass catcher. Unless a company develops a handgun-specific model, it will most likely be a pain to use and would definitely fall into Fudd territory. It's one thing if you want to use it on a rifle-based design that has been adapted into a handgun, such as AR15 pistols, AK pistols, and other handguns with a pic rail. Otherwise, anything that uses a traditional slide type of handgun design will be a waste of time.br> I do use a high-end brass catcher on my AR pistols, MPX pistols, and MP5 clones, but not on my traditional handguns. That alone should be enough to disqualify this or any other brass catcher from being used on a modern semiautomatic handgun. Use the brass catchers on rifles and large rifle-based handguns, but not on traditional handguns; you'll be better off catching the brass in a box or bucket. Simply stand next to it on the firing line and adjust its position so that the brass is reliably caught as it is ejected.
I believe you could simply strap it to the back rather than the front muzzle area, as it only has a metal hanger with velcro on it.
Yes, this is compatible with an Ithaca 51A 12 gauge. Please send an email to the following address: Feyachi's contact information can be found at [email protected]. com. We'll do everything we can to help you with your issue. Thanks.
I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work. The only issue is that your charging handle may come into contact with something.

I first tried it on my AR15 with an A2 carry handle upper and it worked great. I was hesitant because there is only one point of attachment at the barrel nut, but I hid the wire behind the forward assist and it worked perfectly. It comfortably accommodated 30 casings. Casings are thrown at a rate of 30 per second with this rifle. I then attached it to my Pistol Caliber Carbine (. 40 caliber) and it took the abuse in stride. br>Next, I attached it to my Pistol Caliber Carbine (. 40 caliber) and it took the abuse in stride. 40 S& Brass is thrown at a rate of 50-100 times per second with this rifle. It takes a long time to recover from a fall of 60 feet. I figured this would be a good test because my PCC doesn't have a forward assist to hook the loose end of the opening to, so I put it to the test. The wire that is velcroed to the barrel nut holds it in place fairly well, but I didn't think it would hold up to the torture without a rear attachment point. I let the lead fly, and it held all of them in place, mag after mag. I emptied the bag after 50 rounds because it was becoming too heavy and the mesh on the back of the bag was sagging. I wanted to put the catcher to the test, and most people wouldn't be able to shoot more than 50 rounds before it was empty. br>Overall, I'm surprised at how well it worked, given the single attachment point, but the thick steel wire keeps it securely in place. I only shot while standing unsupported, so prone or bench rest may produce different results, but overall, I think this is a great product for a great price, and I would recommend it.
It's excellent for catching casings that have been used up. You won't have to dig through the grass and leaves looking for them anymore. I empty it after firing 30 rounds from a 5-round magazine. As the weight of more brass than that pulls, the number 56 is used. A fully loaded bag has a lot of torque, and it starts to pull away from the receiver area. But, as I previously stated, this only happens if the bag is overstuffed. filled. The bag is easy to mount; all I had to do was put some tension on the steel "linear spring" and wrap the Velcro around it.
This works great for the most part, catching brass much easier than picking it up off the floor or ground. It's simple to empty thanks to the zipper. The mesh fabric melts a little bit on occasion, causing cases to stick to it. This isn't a big deal, but it's worth mentioning. Because it is only supported on one end, when I have more than about 1 mag worth of cases in it, it tends to droop, obstructing the ejection port and causing malfunctions. Double-walled stovepipes It would be nice to have a way to attach the back half of the rifle to the rifle as well, but it does give it more flexibility in terms of what it can be mounted to if a scope is obstructing it. It is not bad for the price.
When I arrived at the location where I had left the bag unzipped, all of the cases had fallen into a nice mound between my shooting bags. With a velcro strap, I can put it on in 10 seconds and remove it even faster. It doesn't need to be any more durable or connected than it already is, in my opinion. I imagine it would take up more space in my range bag and take longer to install/uninstall if it were more durable.
The product is excellent. It hugs my AR nicely and is nice and stiff.
I used the Feyachi brass catcher on two different firearms, one being my AR15 and the other being my VR60 12 gauge semiautomatic shotgun. The way the cage keeps it from folding allows the shell catch to hold 10 12 guage shells without issue, and it worked flawlessly on my AR15. For this price, it's a must have if you want to begin reloading your own rounds. The shell catcher is compatible with all AR15-style rifles.
15 in 300 Blackout (with charging bolt on the side). br>br>I "bent" the metal rod (that supports the nylon mesh) a little to get a better fit against my rifle, and the device captured my brass without issue. It satisfies me completely. br>br>I think it's a great idea.
Feyachi products are worth checking out when you're not out impressing the guys at the gun range. This is yet another Feyachi product that simply works for a good price; at this price, I might buy a few more. I haven't started reloading yet, but it may be the next thing I do to save money on specialty ammo such as 6. Grendel has five children. Beowulf has a total of 50 lines in his poem. This product merely simplifies the process of collecting used cases. fast.
