This oil is only meant to be used for lubrication. For cleaning your gun, you'll need to purchase clp separately.
I've never used it on a fishing reel. However, I used to fish a lot and believe it would work well.br>

If not wiped off after a while, most oils will clump or gum up. As a result, most oils cannot be left on high carbon or finely machined items. Because it sounds like I'm trying to sell the product, I rarely single out specific items or brands as my 'favorite. ' I'm not trying to sell anything; Just the facts, please. However, I have high-quality steel blades and other high-end items that require extra care. THIS HAS BEEN MY DECISION. Although it is a little pricey, I will not use anything else. If you have blades or weapons worth protecting, it stays "wet" and does not turn to goo, which can cause serious problems over time. That's exactly what you've been looking for.
The photo depicts the exact item I received. The improved precision needle assembly is visible in the difference between the picture in the description and what I received. I have a similar one in which I use my KPL (knife pivot lube). The metal screw-on design, rather than the plastic one shown in the description, makes for a very precise oiling tip. Seeing that version again made me very happy.
There were no leaks in the bottles when they arrived. The micro applicator is easy to use and stands up nicely on its own. I sprayed a couple drops of oil on the side rails of my Sig Sauer P365, reassembled the pistol, disassembled it again, and wiped away any excess. My Sig is now a LOT easier to use. Racking the slide required much less effort, and I used it in several places on an 1877 Colt. It breathed new life into my 22 revolver, transforming it from stiff and unyielding to smooth and easy to handle. This purchase has exceeded my expectations.
I'm a new gun owner, and I've been using CLP on my 10/22 and M4 so far. P 15- 22. However, due to FTE issues, I switched to Hoppes. I believe this is a superior cleaner, as I had read several articles claiming that all-purpose cleaners are ineffective. It seems reasonable to me that one must make compromises in each area. I like the precision bottle because it makes getting oil into the nooks and crannies much easier. br>Highly recommend doing this in a well ventilated area; I was cleaning in the basement because the garage was freezing, and after a while, I had to go get a respirator; it's not a bad smell, kind of citrusy? I used a fan to help circulate the air, but the odor lingered for a few days and was noticeable as soon as I opened the basement door. My wife went downstairs and made no comment, later claiming that she had not smelled anything.
The bottle (25 oz) arrived open, with oil all over the inside of the package. When I received the precision tip and large bottle, the oil had all spilled out of the open cap and soaked into the precision tip bottle's cardboard packaging. Everything was splattered with oil! Fortunately, it was in a bag, so the majority of the mess was contained, but it did spread to other items in the shipment. Fortunately for me, oil did not ruin those items. I am unable to return or request a refund for this item, so be aware that it is poorly packaged and may cause damage to other items in the same shipment box.
This oil appeals to me because of its intended use in firearms. In my home workshop and around the house, however, I am happy to use the tiny oil dropper on a variety of other tools and equipment. I used it on small bearings in woodworking Router bits, as well as the bearings in my Bandsaw. Because these bearings rotate at a high rate, they require a high-temperature oil. Great! While there are a plethora of low-cost lubricant options, keep an open mind. to discover a plethora of other applications where a small amount of high-quality oil is all that is required.

I'm not a right-handed person. left or right wing Wing wacko is a term used to describe a person who is crazy about their wings I want my guns clean and at a reasonable price, so I was skeptical when I saw this product at this price, thinking to myself, "There's no way this will clean my gun well for such a penance!" "I was, however, mistaken. It was an excellent solution. Are you talking about stainless steel here? Blued barrels? That's a good idea. I couldn't be more pleased. I can confidently shoot my weapons knowing that they will be cleaned and preserved for future generations. Mut use. A++++.
Good product; I just wanted to share a solution for a clogged dispenser bottle tip. I couldn't get anything out of it, and I couldn't find anything thin enough to put in the tip to clear it out at first. The metal core of a twisty tigh, on the other hand, worked perfectly.
